This small complex is a skip and a hop away to the beach and Pompano Joes! The views from your private balcony are amazing! Enjoy the breezes and breathtaking sunsets from your deck as well. Summerspell 303 sleeps 6. 1 King size bed, 2 Twin size beds, 1 sleeper sofa. Saturday to Saturday rental during the Peak season.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Great location, clean, fully equipped.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time. The view was amazing. November temperatures were 80-90 degrees. King size bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 8-10 towels, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dish cloth, small dish soap to start the vacation. Remember this is to help start the vacation. The washer and dryer is downstairs at the bottom of the steps. Hot tub and pool were cleaned daily. We are looking forward to returning next year. The dishwasher was broken was the only appliance not working.

Easy beach access

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and had plenty of dishes, pots/pans etc. They even provided some beach towels so we didn’t have to use the ones we brought. Great if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the strip but a very short walk to beach access. This condo is listed for up to 6 people . In my opinion that would be way too crowded. The hot tub was out of service during our stay. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again. Only thing I didn’t really like was our parking permit had our unit number on it . I think that could potentially be a safety concern.

The room has rental has some minor issues that need attention. The door knob to balcony is worn out and doesn’t work properly, the entry door key pad did not work correctly the last 2 days and I called and no one responded to the issue. The curtains over doors at balcony need cleaning and the commode and some dishes was dirty upon arrival.

The owner has beach chairs an umbrella and even a beach cart for renters use. We had 3 adults staying in our unit and it was very comfortable.
