As you enter Cow Rock, the open great room provides comfortable seating for 4, and a Smart TV to stream your shows or movies via the provided Netflix and Hulu. The great room opens to the full kitchen, and out onto the private deck.

Kitchens are stocked with coffee for the mornings, a gallon of water to get you started, and all the supplies you need for dining at home either inside at the kitchen island or the dining table on the deck.

Your private deck, accessible through the kitchen or great room sliding doors provides both lounge and dining areas. An electric grill is provided on your deck, and a shared gas grill is available on the pool deck.

1 King bedroom with ensuite, and 2nd King bedroom furnished with A/C, ceiling fans, blinds and room-darkening curtains ensure a good night's rest.

The hall closet provides beach and pool towels, and a small cooler for your adventures.

*Bogie’s is supported with solar panels and Powerwalls, during an extended outage we require conservation steps to insure all guests will have fans and fridges powered overnight.

One parking space is available for each unit.

Booking guest must be over the age of 18, not suitable for children under 12.

Bogie's Villa is a 6 unit complex comprised of 2 buildings. Bogie's has 6 separate condos (2 - 2 bed/ 2 bath, 2 - 2 bed/1 bath, 1 large studio, and 1 tiny living style studio). The common areas (pool, deck, parking and laundry) are shared by all.

Amazing

Pictures barely captured the beauty of this condo. The owners are friendly and courteous. The condo is well appointed and offers laundry facilities which is a huge plus.

Another great time at Cow Rock

We just finished our 3 week stay at Cow Rock. It was our 4th visit to Bogies Villa. KC and Basil were very welcoming as usual, and always responsive to any questions or needs that may arise. Bogies Villa is beautifully maintained, and the pool is a nice place to relax in after a day at the beach. Cow Rock is well equipped, including a good sized porch for eating meals or just watching the sunset and listening to the sounds of nature. We are already looking forward to next years visit.

Comfortable with a nice view

We have stayed in the Cow Rock apartment at Bogie's Villa for three days two different times before moving into our timeshare condo at Sunset Ridge Villas. Cow Rock can be rented as a one or two bedroom. It's a comfortable, roomy, clean, well equipped apartment with a wonderful covered balcony. We will no doubt stay there again.

Third time on St John

This was our 3rd time on St John. We loved Bogie’s Villa. The location was perfect. Just off of centerline road for an easy drive. We lived the view from our deck and that is where we spent most of our time. The villa was decorated very well and we found everything we needed for a great stay. The pool area was nice also. It was great to have Shamles & The Windmill bar so close. I would definitely recommend Bogies Villa and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

My yearly oasis

We have vacationed on St. John for many years and came upon Bogie's Villa 5 years ago and have come back each year since. KC and Basil have created an oasis that is beautiful with all the comforts of home but in a perfect Caribbean setting. The views are phenomenal and the accommodations are lovely. We look forward to coming every year and hope to continue to go as often as possible. The location is not far away from town but far enough that you enjoy all the sights and sounds of the island. They are lovely hosts and available if you have a question, etc. I highly recommend Bogie's Villa if you are staying on the beautiful island of St. John!

Cow Rock- Great Stay

Our stay at Cow Rock was great. Close to town but in a nice quiet location. Great Views. The unit had everything we needed and the private patio was where we spent most of our time. Check in and Check out was easy. Having the back up power supply was great. We will definitely be staying again on future visits.

Another great stay at Bogie's Villa

Property is in tip top shape. Cow Rock was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Fridge works great. We used the gas grill and it was clean and in great working order. Pool fabulous. Towels provided were of good quality. Beds comfy. Linens were good. TV working well with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Hulu. AC in bedrooms worked well. We will be back. Thanks KC and Basil.

Beautiful view and relaxing villa!

This was our 2nd stay at Cow Rock and we had an amazing time. We love how clean the Villa is and all the amenities included, especially all the beach items. Whether relaxing on our deck, in our villa, or at the pool, Bogie's is very peaceful. KC and Basil are always available and are very responsive. We have been going to St John for 12 years and we love everything about Bogie's Villa and plan to return.

Spring Break 2023

The property was great! It is a little far from in-town but if you are looking to hang out after a long day at the beach it is perfect. We ate in a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for that and we enjoyed games on the patio.

The Best

We just returned from our second stay at Bogies and I can't say enough good things. We have stayed at French cap and cow rock. First of all they are very clean! (My top priority) The villas are nicely stocked. We particularly enjoyed the upgraded beach chairs this year! Supply of coffee in kitchen is a great touch! Beds are comfortable and A/C keeps bedrooms cool while sleeping. We have stayed in villas closer to Cruz Bay and prefer the location of Bogies. It is easy to get to and very quiet! KC and Basil are timely and thorough with communication. I could go on and on. Bottom line is we can't wait to go back! St John and Bogies are the BEST!

Relaxing stay at Bogie’s Cow rock villa

After an unexpected date change on our part (which Basil and KC were very accommodating about)…My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in Cow Rock. Plenty spacious enough for the two of us and could even accommodate 4. There were so many added touches that made it feel like home. Greatly appreciated the coffee since we forgot to pick some up at the store. Ceiling fans in every space was awesome. We only cooked breakfast each day, because well we didn’t want to do dishes on vacation. But the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed to cook any meal. View was as beautiful. Pool was nice to have even though we spent most of our time at the beach. Other than street noise which didn’t bother us, Bogies was very quiet and just what we were looking for. Close to windmill bar and about 10 minutes from Cruz bay. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciate Basil and KC’s hospitality.

Perfect home base to explore St. John

After a previous stay at the Westin, we decided to try something new and spent 4 nights at Bogie’s Villa. Given we usually drove to a different beach every day, it felt like no trade-off to be up in the hills, so Bogie’s offered great value. Views were fantastic, the place was spotless and we had plenty of space to spread out. Beds were comfortable and all aspects of the condo are well-maintained. The balcony was a great spot to watch the sunset with a drink before heading into town. Owners are very responsive and accessible, and the online resource guide is a nice resource. Our kids loved the three cats onsite who are ready and willing to be your friend. Pool is small but as advertised, and can keep young ones occupied while you get your act together. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

A GREAT week in Love City.

Bogie's Villa was great. The accommodations are top notch. Basil was very responsive to any issue we had. The kitchen is well equipped. We used the gas grill to cook some steaks. It worked like a charm. The beds and pillows were great. Beach towels A+. AC in bedrooms excellent. We will definitely stay at Bogie's again when we return to Love City. Thank you Basil and KC

Amazing!

Love Bogie’s! We had a short and awesome stay at Bogie’s. The apt is extremely clean and the location is perfect. Wonderful views from our apt. The owners are very responsive, they were even generous and let us pick a couple of raw mangoes from their tree! The apt is very well stocked and also has beach chairs and a cooler! We had a wonderful time. Could not have asked for more.

Absolutely wonderful!!

We just got hime from our trip to St. John. We had an amazing time and Bogie villa. We stayed in the cow rock villa and it was beautiful done. Everything was top notch and extremely clean. We loved coming back after a long day at the beach and sat in the pool to watch the sunset. They supplied everything! Chairs for the beach, bug spray, beach towels, paper towel, shampoo, dish soap, toilet paper and they have a washer and dryer with laundry soap. You literally don’t have to buy anything but food, if you want to cook. They even had a welcome pack waiting for us when we checked in. We had a popcorn, nuts, granola bars, An insulated cooler and some koozies. Such a wonderful touch for us! We had a large balcony where we could eat outside and a grill. They are amazing and welcoming and made our vacation that much more better! Highly recommended and we will be back.
