5+ bedroom Executive Desert Retreat - perfect for longer stays!

Perfect for long stays - 1 year lease welcome. Thoughtfully designed & decorated suburban home to provide our guests ample space to spread out. A beautiful desertscape backyard adds serenity and is perfect for enjoying the majestic mountains and a breathtaking Arizona sunset. Perfect as a winter home, for family reunions, relocation, spring training, golf, & all else that the Sun Valley has to offer. Close to outdoors, shopping, & dining. Plan a day trip to Sedona, Flagstaff, or just stay and enjoy the calmness of the house.

The space
The house is fully furnished with everything you can possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Truly a home away from home. Five bedrooms on second floor including a gorgeous master suite, and en-suite, a private guest suite with private full bath, and three more bedrooms with study/office tables if need be. There is a daybed downstairs for lounging or accommodating two guests, and a convertible futon for yet more sleeping space for one. Indoor ESPN table tennis for your entertainment, along with a television in the family room to bring everyone together.

Guest access
Our guests will have access to the whole house, backyard, garage, closets, kitchen, etc. Only restricted space is one storage closet on the main floor.

We have an open doors policy. That means we are always open to suggestions, special requests, if you need something that is not available in our property, just ask. We will do all that we can to provide any missing items promptly.

Spring Training
Our trip was planned around my sons baseball tournament in Peoria, AZ and spring training. Everything was cancelled on the day we were arriving. Thankfully the home was very spacious. My boys had a lot of fun enjoying the pool table, ping pong table, board games and the nice community playground. It was still a fun trip.

Awesome place for family and gatherings
This place was a great place to stay at. Has plenty of room for multi family gathering and plenty of places to sleep. It is convenient to local restaurants and stores. I would recommend this place to anyone and Rehana is easy and great to work with.

Perfect retreat for the large group
Very well kept and clean property. Loved the location as it was close to restaurants and shopping as well as a few golf courses near by. Has tons of space for those large groups. Even had a massive room just for ping pong which we used a lot. Would definitely recommend.

This is the perfect vacation rental for a large group who enjoys the comfort of a fully furnished house. Excellent for relocating families who need a place to call home while they discover the Sun Valley or find their own place. Perfect for golf, hiking, spring training, or just experiencing suburban Phoenix.
