Located in the heart of the valley of the gorges of the Hérault, 5 minutes from Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the cave of Clamouse, near the lake of Salagou and 40 minutes from the sea (Vias, Agde .. .), this semi-detached villa is located in a small village nestled in the scrubland. This house of 140 m2, on a plot of 680 m2 with swimming pool (7 m by 3.50 m) is ideally located between Montpellier (25 mns) and Béziers (35 mns). It presents on the ground floor a living / dining room with open kitchen, a master suite with a king size bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, and an additional toilet at the entrance. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, with 1 single bed and a sofa bed 2 places in one, and a single bed in the second bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, bath and double sink, separate toilet. Outside, you will have a large terrace facing the living room with the pool and garden barbecue area; at the back of the house you will enjoy a relaxation area with a trampoline for children. Ideal for families !!
