Disney Gem with Private Pool & spa.

Hi and welcome to our contemporary luxury 4 bed villa on the highly desirable gated resort of Watersong in Davenport. With a south west vista our pool, spa and decking area benefit from extended sunshine making this the perfect spot for alfresco dining, a cool drink, or simply relaxing after your busy day on vacation. We are also fortunate that our pool is not overlooked. Pool and spa can be heated (at a cost) should guest's require this.

Our internal garage has been converted into a games room allowing the little one's (or big one's, Dad!!) a space to excel at table billiards, darts, or indoor basket ball, or simply a space to chill out away from the main living zone.

We are very close to everything Orlando has to offer. Orlando International Airport is only a 30 minute drive away. Disney and all Orlando attractions are only 10-20 minutes away making it easy to reach Mickeys Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Sea world, or many of the superb shopping Malls and outlet stores. Sporting options include ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, numerous water sports, several golf courses or NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at nearby Tampa.

Watersong itself offers guests the security of a gated community, a luxurious spacious Clubhouse, landscaped grounds and conservation area surrounded by woodlands. A resort pool and spa, fitness center, volleyball court and children's playground and picnic facilities are available to all guests free of charge during your stay.

This combination of facilities on our doorstep, world renowned attractions a short distance away, excellent dining options, shops galore for those seeking retail therapy and the peace and quiet of our villa makes for an all-round vacation. One of the best!
House as described, spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay again, spacious, well equipped and in a prime/quiet location.Pool area was the best, gas heated pool heat to keep the chills away!

Lovely villa great location
We loved the villa, spotlessly clean, well maintained and equipped and very tastefully decorated. The pool was great and we were very pleased we chose to have the heating on. We Loved the villa location and the outlook with fascinating wildlife beyond the pool. The resort is very good, well maintained and laid out and security were very efficient and friendly. The journey to the parks was straightforward forward but journey times varied due to the volume of traffic. Overall we would definitely recommend this for a family holiday as we really enjoyed our time there

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Situated in a quiet secure gated complex. Villa was clean, had everything you could need. Great pool area, south facing with jacuzzi, ideal for after a day in the parks. Unfortunately we never saw a gator in the pond on the back. Nice to have the added extra of a games room with pool table. Would recommend this as a lovely villa to stay

Great time had by all!
The house was just as we had hoped. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a big plus that we all enjoyed. Proximity to the parks was a little further than I expected but not horrible (30 minutes on average). I would recommend staying off of Poinciana heading out to the house from Orlando/Kissimmee area. Traffic was horrendous. Communication with the owners was easy. They even notified us of an internet outage that occurred while we were there. I would definitely stay again.

Good place - would stay again.
We had a good 22-night stay at this property. The plot is situated within a gated community with 24hr gate guards. The property itself is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, so there is no traffic directly outside the front door.The kitchen / general amenities are well equipped on arrival - plenty of towels etc. Darts, pool table and basketball available to play. We did pay for the pool heating, which slightly took a chill off the water - there is a spa which does get very hot. This is lovely in the evenings after dark / a day at the park. The owners were very accommodating and communicated well during our stay, for example letting us know the fire extinguisher testing was happening on X day and time. We had no direct issues that needed resolving during our stay. The one minor downside of this property is the location does make it a 45-1hr drive towards the Universal areas, once you take into account traffic on I4. Personally, this wouldn’t stop us staying again, but is something to consider if you don’t like lengthy driving times. There are gas stations, Dunkin’, McDonalds, Publix and Starbucks within 10 minutes drive. Disney roughly 30-35 minutes. Thank you for having us - would recommend and stay again.

Exactly like the pictures. Perfect place for a vacation in the Orlando area. Norman and Barbara will communicate with you if needed. For us it was an easy way in an way out. No BBQ grill (update to list should be made), but all the rest is exactly as it is.

Fabulous!
My husband and I were so impressed with this home. Within 5mins of arrival my husband said, "We're for sure staying here again." The house was super clean and smelled like new construction. All the rooms were huge, beds super comfy, and showers powerful and warm. I loved the pantry and all the kitchen amenities. During our stay the weather was unusually cold, so I made good use of the electric kettle! The heated pool and spa were both extremely clean. My teens had a great time with their cousin swimming and playing pool. Best of all, we didnt go home with any dirty laundry thanks to the washer and dryer. Thank you Norman and Barbara for the use of your beautiful and inviting home. 10/10, the Bilus family will definitely be returning!

Great Family Holiday
The Villa was great very spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. The children loved the pool and we didn’t pay for the heating and they were still really happy. I loved having laundry facilities meaning no dirty washing to take home yay. The location of the villa was great as well lovely and quiet traffic wasn’t brilliant but didn’t ruin our holiday. Highly recommend this villa

Perfect for us
My wife and I and our 14 year old daughter stayed in the villa - it was perfect for our needs and we had loads of room - this would comfortably sleep 8. On the whole the villa was great and the swimming pool was very welcome on hot days and particularly after a long day in one of the parks to ease aching legs and feet. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great and showers were good. Enjoyed playing pool in the games room. Great location and felt very safe in a gated community. Easy to drive to all the parks circa 30 mins away depending on traffic. We did have an issue with the front door - the security locking mechanism - we reported this to the owners but throughout our stay it felt like we had to break the door down every time to gain entry - this clearly needs looking into. Other than that we had a fabulous time and I would recommend this property. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or queries we had.

Lovely villa
Unfortunately upon arrival we heard a loud noise from the pool pump. We notified maintenance and made the owners aware, but it resulted in us only being able to use the pool for a few days until it was repaired. At the weekend, there was loud music from a villa a few doors away, which went on to 2.15am. Otherwise we had a really enjoyable stay in the villa, the spa pool was lovely, once working. All well equipped, clean and well presented. The games room was a lovely bonus. The owners were prompt with communications.

We had a great time. The house was so nice and not too far from the parks. The pool was also very nice we got to enjoy it while we were vacationing. When we go to Florida again if this house is available I would rent it again. Very good communication with the property owners. Thank you so much to the owners for renting their home to us!!

Our stay was unparalleled. I’ve stayed in a few houses in the area and this was by far the best. The communication with the owner and information from them was great, the house was very clean and exactly as described and photos depict. The only issue we had was that our names weren’t at the security hut so it took us a little longer to get into the complex initially but this was quickly sorted and not a big issue. Thank you for the most magical stay for our family on our first family holiday.

Fabulous stay at Tigerlily. , Watersong
We had a glorious 2 week stay! The villa was how it was described , we weren't disappointed when we arrived we were surprised it seemed bigger than the pictures. Having disney bedding in 2 of the bedrooms was a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and pool towels to borrow which was great! ! It was a comfortable home to relax in after a long day out. To have the air-con on when we arrived was so inviting ! It has been 34-36c for all of our 14days. Having a pool table was fabulous. Just a bit of advice if you arrive late evening like we did as we were so tired from the journey maybe stop off at a shop along the way or pack some coffee/tea/milk i didn't know if we would get a welcome pack like in the uk, which we didn't , but it wasnt a problem we went to the shop just at the end of the road 5 mins away. Lots of helpful / useful information provided to us by email from the property owner thank you! We did visit Manny’s chophouse. The pool was really enjoyed by all of us , we didn't need the pool heated as it was cool and refreshing after sunbathing ! And on a night the pool was warmer than in the day as it gets sun on the patio all day. We spent lots of time in the pool, on our days off from visiting the parks, and not to be overlooked by any people / houses at the back whilst in the pool and to see the lovely grassy area/pond to watch wildlife from the pool view was lovely. We were lucky to spot a small alligator. We spotted lots of other types of animals too. Getting to and from disney on a week day took about 20 mins drive from the property, but we found at the weekends the traffic on the I-4 could take us an hour or more to get home especially on a evening lots of roadworks happening. Universal is a little further away. It was nice that the property was a little further out from all the hustle and bustle , it was a nice an quiet area / gated which was welcoming after having a busy long day at disney or universal areas. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we return and would recommend to friends , it was like a home from home to us with the lovely added bonus of a pool! Thank you.

We rented for Feb/Mar. For this long stay we chose not to heat pool and hot tub. Only used a few times. Recommend heating for short stays. Hosts were easy to deal with even at a distance. Property well maintained. Beds comfy. Ample dishes and cutlery. Chairs replaced on patio. Our guests liked having our room. Would recommend this property. Safe and secure.

This place exceeded our expectations, truly amazing!! Pool and hot were perfect and enjoyed each day other the when the pool heater went out. The owners were very accessible, responsive and aggressively dealt with the heater issue by getting a new heater installed!! Love the home and will definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay
The property was as advertised. Good location to Kissimmee and resort areas. The pool and hot tub were excellent and we took advantage of the long duration of sun in the backyard. The property owners were attentive and responded promptly to queries. Watersong is a developing community and will be interested to see its expansion. The clubhouse and pool is above average and saw limited use. Would stay at this property in the future. The 3 weeks spent there went quickly but close proximity to grocery stores ( Publix, Target) made for easy meal preparation and save on restaurant fare.

Very nice Villa
We had a wonderful visit. Very comfortable villa … we paid to heat the pool and spa and it was well worth it! Heated up beautifully in the middle of December. Used it every night… much needed after long days of walking! Showers were hot and wonderful in the morning! If I were asked what would I improve? … a large skillet could be added as they only had a medium and small skillet available for cooking.. a teapot would be useful and the Game room could use updating…….if they could fix Florida Disney traffic that would be great!! 😂 (just kidding of course) Beautiful Villa! Good location… would recommend ❤️
