Quite one bedroom in an historical the marais (MOBILITY LEASE)
Mobility Lease (from one month minimum to 9 months maximum) Hello, I am Breton in Paris, I have a Masters in French Gastronomie from the Ritz Escoffier in cooking, baking and pastries. My idea was to make this quite small apartment in an historical bldg into a little haven of coziness, modern elegance and zenitude for a young yuppy or a couple wanting to experience The Marais. As you probably already know, it's very close to the top modern art galleries, place des Vosges and it's famous gastronomical restaurant l'Ambroisie. I have attached photos.

We enjoyed our stay very much. For the ambience (exposed stone, big windows, the musicians outside at times) and location we were more than willing to overlook how well used the room was. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and responsive with extra towels, soap, toilet paper, keys etc.
The bathroom is newer and modern for European standards which was more important to us than the kitchen. I don’t see how you can do anything but boil a pot of water in it. We only used the fridge.
The bed was comfortable but please change the throw. I assume it was clean but looked extremely old.
Lastly, the apartment overlooks a small square lined with restaurants. The light and the people in it until late, did not bother us as we come from NYC but I can see how some people would like to know that in making their decision.
I would rent it again. The price is accurate for what is offered.

Great location
Excellent location, room was bigger than similar priced Paris hotel rooms. The location is quite noisy because it overlooks restaurants, but it's close to the metro and great shopping/dining in the area.
For the owner: the unit lacked things during our stay no one would be expected to travel with, namely hand soap and toilet paper. Also, I recommend upgrading the bath towels to full size instead of very small, if your guests are using them for a week.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and despite the negatives would stay again.
