Hello, I am Breton in Paris, I have a Masters in French Gastronomie from the Ritz Escoffier in cooking, baking and pastries. My idea was to make this quite small apartment in an historical bldg into a little haven of coziness, modern elegance and zenitude for a young yuppy or a couple wanting to experience The Marais. As you probably already know, it's very close to the top modern art galleries, place des Vosges and it's famous gastronomical restaurant l'Ambroisie. I have attached photos.
