The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea/sun !
The residence is right on the Promenade (from Sabinillas to La Duquesa) in front of the beach, 100 meters from the Marina (bars and restaurants). Concierge (24 hours security) and underground parking (private spot) with remote control. Excellent facilities for both families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday (4 pools, 2 padel courts, gym, sauna, tennis table). For golfers there are many courses (Valderrama - Alcaidesa - Sotogrande - San Roque ...).
The appartment is fully equipped and very comfortable (private internet and all TV channels via internet).

Location, location, location

We love Duquesa and have been visiting for 12 years having previously had our own property. This apartment’s location is fantastic for both the port and the beach. It is spacious and reasonably well equipped and has a large balcony where we spend a lot of our time with views of the complex’s pools and the beach. 2024 will be our 3rd year renting this apartment.

Amazing stay

My husband and I had an amazing holiday. The owner Sophie is always available for our needs. Nice quiet location close to golf courses, restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean property.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet appartement. Propriétaire à l'écoute, emplacement en face de la mer. Dans sa globalité le séjour a été agréable cependant l'insonorisation est inexistante, bruit chaque nuit jusqu'à 4h du matin ce qui rend le repos compliqué. Les alentours sont très beau avec de magnifique paysage, nous conseillons cette destination.

Brilliant Holiday

This apartment was spot on, in a great location, had everything we needed. The pools were clean and not busy, no queuing for sun beds etc and very close to the harbour with lots of bars and restaurants.

All in the apartment was excellent.

Our visit was very enjoyable, the area round the port is very friendly, always someone to have a chat with. Various eating places around the port, the castle and Sabinilas. Shopping is easy - no need for a car unless you want to go further afield.

Lovely modern apartment with great views

The property was lovely and modern and very clean, it has everything you need to make it feel like a home from home. The views from the balcony are stunning and it’s location is perfect. The restaurants in the harbour are all excellent and just a very short walk from the apartment. We particularly like Cubanga which is right on the beach, We had a hire car and drove to Marbella which is a lovely place to visit. We were unlucky with the weather however this did not ruin the stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect apartment. Excellent location

The apartment was perfect for our holiday. It had everything we needed. Great views from the balcony, fully fitted kitchen with small utility room, spacious lounge and comfortable sized bedrooms. In addition, the complex was well maintained and had secure parking. We, without hesitation, would recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

Lovely property

Stayed in this property in February 2018. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The property is located a very short walk from the restaurants and bars in La Duquesa port. There is secure underground parking and La Duquesa is a short drive from several other nice towns along the coast. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer

Eine gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer, der erste Lack ist zwar ab (Baujahr 2001), aber alles wird sehr in Ordnung gehalten, sowohl in der Wohnung als auch in der ganzen Anlage. Die Tiefgarage ist arg eng und dunkel, es gibt aber auch Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausreichend ausgestattet (Geschirr, Sonnenschirm, Handtücher – auch sehr viele für den Strand). Alles sauber in der Wohnung. Die Pools in der Anlage sehr schön und sauber, ausreichend Liegen, der Strand ist ganz nah und breit, sauber und mit schönem Sand. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe ohne Probleme. Wir waren gern dort und sind zufrieden.

Great Apartment in a perfect surrounding!

We spent one week in this nice apartment. A family of 4 adults and one little child. There is everything you will need for a wonderful stay. The pictures are 100% true! It is just a little walk to the beach and you can enjoy a nice view to the sea from the balcony. Supermarkets are around in La Duquesa (Lidl, Mercadona..) and also a lot of bars and restaurants. We had a great time and will come back as soon as possible :) There is also a lot to see: Gibraltar, Ronda, Marbella, Tarifa... And also thanks a lot to Sophie, nice conversation and well organized! Kind regards from Germany!
