After a superb interior renovation, our house can accommodate 10 people in Camaret sur Mer, a magnificent holiday destination, a must-see tourist resort on the Crozon peninsula.
Our house is located right in the center, in a quiet street, 200 m from the quays, close to all shops and services (restaurants, market, place des artistes ...). You will also find nearby: beach (Corréjou at 900m), hiking trails (GR 34), diving center, canoe rental, pleasure fishing port, departure for the islands of Molène, Ouessant, Breast ...
The interior of our house, on three levels, tastefully arranged, spacious (150 m2), includes:
On the ground floor :
-Entrance
-Bathroom with shower, large vanity unit and a large closet with washing machine
-WC with hand wash
-Living room of 40 m2, television, Wifi
-Fitted and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, 2 coffee makers (ground coffee and Senseo), kettle ....
First floor :
-a bedroom with 160 bed
-a bedroom with 160 bed
-a bedroom with two 90 cm beds
-a bathroom with shower and vanity unit
-a toilet with hand basin
On the second floor :
-two bedrooms with 140 cm beds
Outside, you will enjoy a garden with south-facing terrace, enclosed by walls without vis-à-vis. At your disposal: a garden furniture for ten people, several deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, shade sails, laundry to rinse your windsurfing or surfboards, your diving suits ... We provide you with a garage for your bikes, your boards ...
You will be enchanted by this house which inspires relaxation, reunion with family or friends and the joys of the seaside; everyone will find their place in large, pleasant and comfortable spaces.
Non smoking house - Pets not allowed
End of stay cleaning to be paid on arrival: 90 €
Water billed on meter reading: 3 € / m3
Electricity billed in winter on meter reading: 0. 20 € / kwatt
Security deposit payable on arrival, not cashed: € 500 and returned on departure if no damage
Bed sheets and towels included
Weekly rental only during school holidays
Arrival from 4 p.m., departure 10 a.m. on Saturdays
