Large wrap around decks on both floors. Rear deck and a rooftop deck accessible from the 3rd floor loft. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Ideal for multiple families. High speed internet and cable TV available. Eight televisions including game console ready TV in the loft area. Beach tags included. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Sorry, no rentals for senior week. Linens are NOT included. NO PROM GROUPS.

Wonderful Home for a Family Reunion

We had a great stay at this property for a family reunion. While our group was all adults, this home has perks (high chair, cribs) for young children as well. The elevator was especially helpful for the older adults in the group. We thoroughly enjoyed the large living room and outdoor balcony. The property manager was super quick to respond to any questions. The location was great- only about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the true downtown area which our group appreciated- though we could still walk to the action! The place could use some fresh paint on the walls as there were many scratches/dirt and the couches could use a deep cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances were all new and clean which we appreciated. All in all this is a great place for a large family and we're very thankful for our time here!

Our second Thanksgiving here!

This was our second Thanksgiving in this lovely house. The layout of the rooms is perfect for our crew, and the elevator is key, given my father's mobility issues. Our multi-generational family ran the Ocean City turkey trot, strolled the boardwalk, cooked our full Thanksgiving dinner, and played board games. We even walked downtown to wave at Santa during the Xmas parade. The house had everything we needed. We would happily come back another year.

Wonderful Thanksgiving with family

We had a great Thanksgiving gathering at this house with our family, including my 80-yr-old father, who very much appreciated the elevator! The location was great - just a few short blocks to the boardwalk, which we enjoyed even though shops were closed for the winter. We participated in the local Turkey Trot 5K. The house was very spacious for our extended family of 11 people and had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus bright, sunny porches and a bathroom attached to every bedroom. We hope to return for another Thanksgiving!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The large kitchen island was great for entertaining our extended family. All the decks with furniture on each one was a nice feature of this home. Everyone liked having their own private bathroom. It made getting ready for our sons wedding a lot easier. The location is in a quiet area of Ocean city and it is a short walk to the beach. The owner provided wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Property

Every aspect of this property exceeded our expectations. The beach was a short five minutes away. Every bedroom has a full bathroom. The deck was spacious and airy. The kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood offered a nice mix of small restaurants and novelty shops. Simply put, there is not a better rental option in Ocean City for a large group or family

Wonderful Spot for Family Reunion

Our family traveled home to Ocean City (we all either grew up in OC or had spent time their with parents or grandparents) for our traveling since COVID. The property was beautiful, clean, well furnished and perfectly located to get to the beach and boardwalk. Communication with the owners was seamless and Nicole always rapidly responded and help with any request we had. The elevator was perfect for the members of our family with limited mobility. We hope to return in the future.

Amazing respite

We had originally rented this house for a family gathering of 20. Because of Covid we decided to do only our immediate family and what a great decision that was!!!!! It is a beautiful house that is warm and inviting. The hosts are easy to reach. The layout of the home is wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better or more relaxing Thanksgiving!!!

Fabulous family weekend

Wonderful property, enjoyed our stay with family from California, Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Would love to come back in warmer weather. Location was great and the 50th anniversary at OC Yacht Club was so close. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great space

We had family and friends together for the MS City to Shore Bike Race and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space is great for multiple families. The main family room, kitchen, and wrap around deck were perfect for hosting everyone. Nicole (the owner) was super helpful and communicative through the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous house. The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. But far enough away where it isn’t crowded or loud. There is so much room in this house. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and could have had another family come too and it wouldn’t have felt crowded. The house is beautifully decorated, everything you could need is there. The owners were amazing to deal with. I will be back, and I cannot wait!

This home was just built and purchased by two families. We absolutely love this home but due to our children's' sporting events and hectic schedules, we can't get down as often as we'd like. We're hoping families can take care of our home and enjoy it as we would.
