Beautiful villa at perfect location
Quick and clear communication with the owner, very pleasant. Villa well equiped, clean and at central place few minutes walk from beach, restaurant and shopping. Good oppertunity to cycle on beautiful beach road. We had very pleasant week with 7 people

Lovely quiet area, villa was well equipped, shops and beach within walking distance , lots of lovely restaurants with great food , would have loved the pool to have been heated so didnt get alot of use other than dangling feet

Lieber Ramon, Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bei euch in dieser wundervollen Finca. Wir danken dir für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und zu sehen... alles sauber, alles chick und genug Geschirr, Besteck... Toaster, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Trockner... alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht... die Lage ist super - Höhe Ballermann 12... man kann sehr ruhig einen Urlaub, direkt am Hundepark und Spielplatz verbringen... in 3 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand.. was will man mehr - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft :)

really excellent, only three minor problems, no English television (no BBC world News probably a good thing) and the shower downstairs tends to flood the floor, had a problem trying to open and lock front door, but just used the back door. Cannot wait to return, the location and pool are fantastic. thanks again

Die Villa ist genau wie ausgeschrieben, sehr schön gelegen und sauber, 5 Minuten von Strand. In der Nähe befindet ein Supermarkt, die Bushaltestelle und viele Restaurants. Ich kann die Villa weiter empfehlen.

Fantastic house for our family holiday
We had a great week's holiday in this house. It is modern, clean and very spacious. My kids loved the swimming pool which was a good size. The owner was very responsive and it was easy to collect the keys. Location is great- 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Also short drive to Palma and Aqualand (great for kids). I would highly recommend this property.

Wir waren 7.7-21.7.18 in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Mallorca.Ca.10min vom Flughafen Palma. War einfach super...Modern,schön,gross .Waren 7 Personen (3 Erwachsene /2 Teenys/ 2 Kleinkinder.)Platz super jeder hatte sein Reich. Die Lage ist perfekt.Einkauf ,Meer,Strand,Strandpromenade zum shoppen,Ausgang alles in der Nähe.Flughafen nah perfekt.Was man möchte....Sehr ruhige gute Gegend. Das Haus hatte alles,es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter Fam.Marin (Javi) super nett,hilfsbereit .Hatte kein Adapter betr.Laptop Akku laden,er besorgte mir eines extra.Restaurant Tipps gegeben,Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert als wir heimreisten.Nicht selbstverständlich.Danke Javi und Fam.für alles. Liebe Grüsse an deine Tochter von Vivien.Sie vermisst sie sehr:) Wenn wir wiedermal nach Mallorca gehen,kommen wir sehr sehr gerne zu Euch wieder. Hat alles geklappt! 100% Zufrieden

Fulländad Palma-vecka!
Detta var första gången vi använde HomeAway. Trots lite tekniska problem med kontot så löste HomeAway allt över förväntan bra. Boendet vi valt var toppen och motsvarande med råge det vi läst och sett i presentationen. Proffsigt och bra mottagandet av värden. Vi rekommenderar både HomeAway och Villan flera gånger om.

Excellent House
We are 2 families with 4 kids (3 and 4 years old) and the villa was perfect. The beach near the villa is very nice and there are a lot of bar, restaurants and two supermarkets. We liked this house because it's perfect for everyone, the owner is very nice

Amazing villa in great location
Beautiful villa, immaculate interior & very modern & comfortable. Owner who lives next door was very helpful & friendly re ordering taxis/info etc. Fabulous air con in basement however not very good elsewhere in villa, although landlord was going to get this fixed. Overall fabulous place & would definitely recommend

Beautiful villa in the perfect location - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Lovely family owned villa - owners on hand for anything which is very reassuring when travelling with a young family. Lovely quiet residential setting, walking distance (5mins) to beach, shops & restaurants, fully equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. Pleasantly surprised that there was a bed guard to use for our little boy. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
