Renovated apartment with air conditioning and wifi everywhere, large living room (40m2) facing south with American kitchen, 2 sofas including 1 convertible, 1 LCD TV, .3 bedrooms (1 king size bed, 2 single beds can be joined in king size a double bed), a bathroom, a bathroom, a toilet, .The rooms of the apartment are quiet because exposed on a courtyard. A balcony goes around the apartment.
It is very well located in the best part of the "golden square" 5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals, restaurants, market Gambetta provencal Monoprix open daily until 9 pm, the best beaches ....
A public parking is just down the building (Gray d'Albion) and the famous caterer "Lenôtre" is in the same building.
The train station is also 5 minutes walk. Nice airport 30 minutes by bus or taxi.
Marineland, Aquarium of Monaco, ZOO of Frejus 30 MN of car.
