With its 3 bedrooms and beautiful terrace, it offers all the comfort you need including; an open-plan living room and fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, fridge with freezer) a bathroom and separate WC. The bedrooms have 2 double beds (160*190) and 2 single beds (90*190). The terrace area is equipped with garden furniture and gas plancha.
The house is ideally situated just 5 minutes walk from the lake and its beaches, 1 km from Sanguinet town centre and 20 km from Biscarrosse plage and the coastal beaches.
Booking terms:
€700 security deposit returned to you after your departure if everything has gone well.
Tourist tax based on current rates in addition to rental fees.
