Casa Lucio is a newly renovated apartment, perfect to enjoy the real atmosphere of Vernazza, thanks to its location in the middle of the village. Situated along the main street, only 50 meters from the sea, a side street takes you to the accommodation after a few steps.
The apartment is composed of double bedroom, living room with double sofa-bed and possibility to add an extra bed for the 5th person. Equipped kitchen ideal also for long stays, with fridge, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with shower.

Fantastic location- only 50m from the waterfront piazza and small beach in Vernazza. The apartment had everything we needed and our hosts were extremely welcoming.

Pros: Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach and train station. Bakeries, restaurants, shops below. The noise from proximity to the train station did not bother us. Cons: Sofa bed super uncomfortable, should be replaced. Power sockets with exposed wire, loose floor tiles in the living room area, very poor lighting. No hooks and no closets to hang anything. No microwave. Basically, very spartanly furnished. Check-in process felt rushed.

We loved Vernazza!
The property is located very close to the water and the train station allowing access to all this quaint town has to offer. It’s also close to many restaurants, shops, and the hiking trails to the other towns. The apartment is clean and well appointed.
