Why they chose this property
I have been visiting Laughlin/Bullhead City for decades and it has always been one of the best vacation spots. I used to visit this same condo complex years ago and it was always so peaceful and quiet. I specifically purchased in complex because of its continued beauty, great views, and quietness.
What makes this property unique
The location really is Perfect - it has everything you need within minutes. Grocery store a block away, 10 minute drive across river to the casinos, or the river taxi is available, various restaurants to choose from and all of the amenities needed.
