Beautifully Appointed Home in Bokeelia. Lots of light. Peaceful, private and relaxing atmosphere at one with nature. The grounds are zero-scaped with Florida tropical plantings allowed to grow naturally. This vacation home is well lit with lots of windows and natural light. The choices of colors, tiles, counters and furnishings create this wonderful tropical vacation home. Located on a gulf access canal with a boat lift for a small fee. Awesome Screened lanai with water views. Use of boat dock included. Lift use for a fee when available. Fenced Yard.

NOTE: The months of January, February and March require full month bookings (no weekly or daily bookings). If the calendar shows that a portion of one of these months has been booked, please inquire with manager to possibly arrange to rent the remainder of that month. Otherwise, any request for a partial month will be declined. ALSO: Security/damage deposit for these months will be $1000.00.

Great Stay

Wow, what a great place. We were down for baseball and wanted to have house versus a hotel. The house met and exceeded all our needs. Carl & team did a great job. Definitely will stay again.

Great location

Great house, very big for a 2 bedroom. Lots of living space. Washer and dryer in the living room were clutch. Quick access to shell pass and out into the bay.

What a beautiful property, nicely decorated and well stocked! We were able to access the boat lift and were out to Jug Creek in moments. The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood was Very quiet too!

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and modern. Plenty of docKage for our boat. Nice to have the boat ramp only 2 blocks away.

Buccaneer Beauty!

Our stay on Pine Island was exceptional because of this spacious and beautifully appointed home. The newly remodeled property, located on a canal, offered a quiet retreat for enjoying all that Bokeelia has to offer. Home was very clean and well supplied with all we needed. Much time was spent on the large lanai enjoying the wildlife. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was equipped with new appliances and high quality cookware, and its location was perfect for walking, biking and kayaking the neighborhood. Manager was very responsive and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this rental gem.

Epic Birthday

My husband and I stayed at this house for a week and didn't want to leave. The house is so comfortable. The location for fishing is perfect with a boat! We caught so many fish in December it was unbelievable! We ventured to Cabbage Key one day for lunch. That is a must do activity!! We also went to Tarpon Lodge for dinner one night. It was one of the best dinners we have ever had! I can't say enough about how awesome this place is! One of the best vacations we have ever had! We hope to come back soon!

Awesome week of boating/fishing/beaching/biking in Bokeelia

Very nice renovation for a Bokeelia original house. Kitchen area....awesome! Master bedroom and master bath awesome! Large yard with plenty of parking Tons of dockspace Everything worked fine. Will stay there again

Beautiful rental!

This rental property was everything it was made out to be and more. The house was beautiful! The kitchen was a dream! The convenience of the boat lift helped so much and it was perfect distance out to the harbor to fish! We loved everything about it! Will Definitely be staying again!

Nice place but boat lift was an issue

Place was nice inside but rented primarily for the boat lift, asked property manager prior to booking if the lift would fit my 22 ft boat which he assured would fit yet my boat did not properly fit. Most of my stay I was unable to use the lift. Never had this issue in that area over 40 years of fishing down there. The lift was setup for a micro skiff and should have been adjusted per my original request prior to booking. Mis information from property manager.

Great home,

Clean, Carl was super easy to deal with , great location for boating. Only drawback was the boat dock is used up by a floating wave runner dock, so you can't dock your boat .

Perfect Getaway

This property was perfect for our needs! Everything inside the house is state of the art and absolutely gorgeous-and sparkling clean! We brought our bikes and boat to enjoy the island and fishing, but loved that we had such a comfortable place to relax and wind down for the evening or when a storm kept us inside. Carl was fantastic to work with and provided great communication from booking to during our stay. Thank you for allowing us to have a stress-free summer break!
