This home was renovated in 2018 with a second full bath added and newly furnished in 2019. Beautiful east side quiet neighborhood just a block from Lake Superior, beaches and bike paths. Three blocks from popular third street and 5 blocks from downtown. Large back yard and all the amenities to make your stay in Marquette comfortable. Full 4 car garage for storage. Cozy corner house

The house was very cozy, clean, and comfortable! The location was perfect, short walk to the beach and to downtown. We enjoyed the deck! I will definitely be back.

Great Marquette Location

The house was spotless and communication/check-in was easy and seamless. The layout of the house and outside deck was perfect for a small family gathering. The location though was the best feature. It is in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach and in centrally located between downtown, NMU, and the 3rd street entertainment options.

Fall Getaway

Very roomy and practical in a quiet neighborhood. Good for a family of all ages or a couple getting away. A great location with close access to 3rd street, Washington street, the lakeshore and beyond.

Perfect!!!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location! It's very close to the lake (and also to the Third Street corridor and downtown). The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. My husband and I have stayed at the home MANY times, and it's always our first choice in Marquette. The hosts are very gracious, and despite our many stays, we've never had any issues. The owners maintain the home in pristine condition. The furnishings are lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the decor (including the work of many local artists) pays homage to the U.P. and Lake Superior. We are very grateful to the hosts for their continued hospitality.

My old college roommate and I had a terrific stay. Loved the house and how well it is cared for and outfitted. For our visiting purposes, the location is ideal. Next time I visit Marquette, probably in a year, I know where I'm going to stay

Excellent property!

We were very happy with our stay! The place is cute as a button & very clean and well maintained. Very cute neighborhood. Great location, close to all the shops, restaurants, hikes and for us it was important to be close to Northern Michigan University for our sons freshman orientation. Would highly recommend.

Great house and host

This was a comfortable, clean house with all the amenities we needed, including the use of the garage to store our outdoor toys. Our host, Tim, made the stay easy and uncomplicated. The description was very accurate.

Wonderful House

Beautiful house, great location in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is provided. Plenty of room and amenities. We felt right at home. We stayed in the fall, and it rained the whole time, but the patio/outdoor areas would be great in nicer weather. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!!!

This is a lovely home. My husband and I have rented it many times, and hope to return. It's very close to the lake and also to the Third Street business district. The home is spacious, spotless and beautifully decorated/furnished. There is a lot of artwork celebrating Marquette and Lake Superior. The owner has clearly taken great care with the place. Highly recommended!

Quiet stay close to bike trails, the water and town

This was the perfect Marquette rental. Host was quick to reach out with a personal greeting and quick to respond to our one question. Located in a very quiet neighborhood, you're just one block away from the bike/walking path along Lake Superior. A one mile walk or drive to downtown and 3rd Street. Well equipped for cooking, comfortably furnished and soft linens and towels. The roomy garage was great for storing our bikes and laundry conveniently located in the basement. Look forward to our next stay here!

Just Perfect!

Everything about Tim's home met or exceeded expectations! The home and location were perfect for our short getaway to Marquette. Family visit to Marquette

We had a great stay! House was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Had a wonderful visit with our son who’s at NMU. My parents joined us and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house for visiting Marquette!

Love this home!

My husband and I have stayed twice at this lovely property. It's impeccably furnished and maintained. Lake Superior is a short walk away. It's also very close to the Washington/Third Street business corridors. We loved staying here, and hope to stay again.
