Nice and comfortable house located on the heights of Touques, located in a very quiet area.
This new house with typical timbering, will delight you for your stays less than 1. 5 km from Deauville and Trouville.
Fully equipped, bright and functional, it opens onto a pleasant terrace and enclosed garden facing south (and not overlooked)
You will enjoy a private car location.
Ground floor: Living / Living room / Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Espresso coffee machine, cooktop) / flat screen TV / Wifi / DVD player / WC / Terrace / Garden
OUTSIDE: garden table, garden furniture, barbecue (walled garden), deckchairs. Directly south

3 bedrooms with new and upscale bedding (Ever'Som). The three bedrooms have blackout blinds and shutters.
1st bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 200
2nd bedroom: 2 beds of 90 x 200 or possibility of pairing them for a bed of 180 x 200
3rd bedroom: 1 bed of 140 x 200
