Spacious apartment of 130 m2 classified 4 stars, completely renovated, while having retained its Art-deco style. All floors except one bedroom have 1925 cement tiles. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a double living room, a kitchen with all modern comforts and a large bathroom. The rooms have been insulated from the inside and all have double glazing.
Located 15 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes walk from the train station. It is within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bus stops and car rental agency.
The tourist tax for a furnished 4-star tourist is fixed at 1. 45 € per person over 18 years and per night. The platforms charge the base rate so there is a balance to be paid to the owner. This tax is then paid to Perpignan Mediterranean Metropolis.

Classy Apartment, Great Location

If your looking to stay in Perpignan and explore the surrounding area, I highly recommend this apartment as an option. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, tastefully furnished. We loved it.

Très belle location.

Nous n'avons pas de voiture, c'est pourquoi nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la gare. A pied, on est en peu de temps au centre. L'appartement est vraiment très beau et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. C'était parfait!
