VACATION SAVED!
After a rough start to our vacation (regarding a different rental property), we completely lucked out when the gracious owners of this beautiful beach house opened their home to us. It is spacious, updated, and easily accommodated our large group. Great kitchen layouts, and the crow's nest style loft was a bonus in the way of additional space. Flooring and paint looked new, and there was no carpet anywhere. Located directly on the beach with a small private pool as well, this was a great location for all ages in our crew. As great as this place is, the owners are even better! We felt more like personal guests than renters, and I would highly recommend these units!

We finally achieve our dream of owning a house on the beach. We would like you to share in our dream by renting our house.

Why they chose this property

This property is different than most duplex's on the beach. This house is top and bottom instead of side by side. This allows for two large family rooms and large porches which look out over the beach.
Less than 1/2 mile (walking distance) there is a convenient store, restaurant, fresh seafood market and ice cream parlor.

What makes this property unique

Each duplex is similar with four bed rooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom can sleep two. The second floor has a loft that can sleep six with its own full bath. there is a laundry room on each floor and plenty of closest space. Below the house is a deck and pool. This helps when you want to take a break from the sun or enjoy family barbeques.
