- on the garden level: living room (coffee tables, sofa, armchairs, television, billiards) with fitted kitchen area (electric oven, hob, extractor, American fridge, dishwasher, microwave) the dining area in the kitchen welcoming 7 people, overlooking the terrace, bathroom (shower, sink, washing and drying machine), a toilet, a bedroom (a 160X200cm bed, TV), a second bedroom with bunk bed
- on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 1 120 cm bed), a bathroom (shower, sink), separate WC.
- WIRELESS
- 2 steps from the sailing school of HAUTEVILLE SUR MER
Please note that:
- the house only has the dining area for 7 people in the kitchen, there is no dining room
- access to the 4th bedroom is through the 3rd bedroom
