House of 400m2 completely renovated and isolated 15km from Sancerre in the middle of the countryside, without neighbors.
You have the whole house (and outbuildings in garages and wood reserve):
- 6 rooms
- 2 toilets
- 2 bathrooms (bath and Italian shower)
- 50m2 living room with fireplace
- Fully equipped kitchen of 50m2 with fireplace
- 2 terraces
- Laundry room with washing machine, sink and dryer.
River in the garden is not closed, you can wade the summer.

Housing

All you need for babies and young children is available:
Umbrella beds x2, round to take the bath, high chair x2, cushion for the exchange.
Everything you need for the outdoors:
2 sun loungers, 2 tropéziennes, garden furniture with table and 4 armchairs, iron table for 2, large teak table for 12, 2 benches, bikes x3 and 2 small bikes, sandpit, swing, mini pool.

Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds made on arrival.

SNCF station at Cosne sur Loire (25 minutes by car).
The region of Sancerre offers a typical nature of wine terroir. You can enjoy the famous wine of Sancerre and Crottin de Chavignol.
The Loire and its beaches are at the foot of Sancerre.
Hiking in the vineyard or cycling on the Loire by bike, golf and mini golf, swimming pool, tennis, potter village of La Borne, Charity sur Loire (free city) here are some of the possibilities during your stay.

Access of travelers

It's your home for the duration of your stay, you're at home!
For WE bookings only (arrival on Friday and departure on Sunday) you can leave on Sundays whenever you want.
