Bella Vista is a three-bedroom townhouse located in a gated 24-hour manned security community in the hills of upper St. Andrew. It has a spectacular view of the city of Kingston, the Harbor and the surrounding mountains that can be seen when chilling out on either of the two patios. A few minutes walking distance from the Bella Vista is a Community Pool, with lounge chairs, surrounded by a beautiful garden and playground for kids and adults. A commissary is also right beside the pool for which groceries and personal items can be obtained. The community is also excellent for walking and running day or night.
Major attractions such as Bob Marley and Peter Tosh Museums, Hope Botanical Gardens, the University of the West Indies Campus, Devon House are minutes away by car.
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with 2 twin beds or combined to make a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, built in closet, fan and air conditioner. Large windows, overlooking double car spaces, that allows in ample sunlight.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with queen-size bed, built in closet, fan and air conditioner, small balcony with limited view of the city and harbor. Bathroom with full bath and shower is situated immediately across the hall-way from the bedroom.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, built in closet, fan and air conditioner. Large windows that allows in ample sunlight. This room leads onto a large balcony with a panoramic view of the City of Kingston, the Harbor and the surrounding mountains.
Basement: Extra room that is self-contained that leads to a private patio. It has a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, built in closet, refrigerator and 2 fans.

Entrance: The front door opens into the fully air conditioned main floor, an open concept space that includes the Livingroom, Dining Area, Kitchen and enclosed Powder and Laundry rooms.
Living Room: Living room with dining area are tastefully decorated and contrasts well with the beautiful porcelain tiles. A small area to the right serves as a relaxation area to read the newspaper and access your personal computer.
Kitchen: Customized and fully equipped new kitchen. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, cutlery and utensils.
Sunlight filters via large windows and from the upstairs skylight allowing in ample natural light. Two stairs, one leading upstairs to bedroom 1, 2 and 3 and the other leading downstairs to the bedroom suite with an en-suite bathroom, refrigerator etc. that will become available in April 2020, blend in nicely with their surroundings.
The kitchen opens onto a private patio with a spectacular view to enjoy your breakfast or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while watching the magnificent Jamaican sunset.

Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property because of its location that offers a spectacular view of the City of Kingston and the sea. The fact that it is in a gated community with a 24 hour manned security was also a major deciding factor.
