Exceptional location for this small house without vis-à-vis, in 1st line in front of the sea and without road to cross to reach the beach located only 100m.
Perfect location for a family vacation, quiet!

Located in the residence of 'Mas de la Plage 2', it is composed on the ground floor of a kitchen open to living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bathroom with separate toilet.
Upstairs you will find a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a modular sofa either as a single bed or a double bed.

A large veranda will give you access to a magnificent terrace facing south, and equipped with a barbecue for your grills.

The rental also includes a reserved place in a secure car park, as well as 2 adult bikes available.

A volleyball court and a large pétanque court are located right in front of the house, 20m away!

Cette location à deux pas de la plage reste simple mais très pratique. Des commerces et restauration à proximité, résidence calme. A Portiragnes des animations et marchés nombreux . Séjour très agréable.

Typisch französische Siedlung. Austattung und Sauberkeit ok, es fehlt etwas Charme und Gemütlichkeit. Keine Sonnenliegen vorhanden und keine Loungepolster vorhanden! Lage direkt am Strand war ein grosses Plus!

Séjour à portiragnes pour la 2eme fois.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans la région comme dans la propriété. Nous y avons séjourné pour ma 2eme fois car npus avions été très bien la 2ere fois .bonnes relations avec le propriétaire, nous avons eu un souci avec la chaudière cela a été réglé très vite. Je conseillerai de louer par cette agence.

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Haus. Hat alles was man benötigt, sehr nahe am Strand. Alles in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Einrichtung liebevoll und zweckmässig. Vermieter sehr freundlich und antwortet rasch.

Super emplacement !

j'ai réservé cette petite maison à 100 m de la plage après avoir traversé un parc, en dernière minute pour les fêtes de Noël. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant et la dame de l'agence immobilière très sympa aussi et flexible. J'ai une chienne Golden et l'emplacement était vraiment super pour aller la promener. En plus il y a une grande véranda où elle pouvait rester lors de nos absences. Heureusement qu'il y a la véranda car la salle à manger est en fait un salon uniquement. C'est très petit donc avec un chien et à 3 dans la maison on était un peu serrés. Mais en été c'est déjà moins un problème car la table est mise dans la véranda pour les repas. Le seul hic (en tout cas pour mon ado) c'est que malgré l'annonce, le wifi n'est pas installé. Le propriétaire s'en est excusé et doit normalement enlever cette mention de son annonce. Et autre info : il faut faire environ 100 m à pied sur un sol caillouteux pour porter les bagages du parking à la maison. Mais ca se fait bien.

un lieu très calme en front de mer, une villa fort sympathique, avec petit extérieur, tout est là pour être bien. Propriétaire sympathique, j'y retournerai dès que possible...

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Bett war neu ,alles sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Alles sehr sauber ,tolles neues Bett voll eingerichtete Küche .Es falte wirklich an gar nichts.

bonne situation de la maison à 2 pas de la plage. très bien équipée,y compris deux vélos.commerces à proximité et calme au mois de septembre.stipuler que l'escalier très raide ne convient pas aux personnes âgées et literie à changer!!!!!impossible de dormir à deux et mal de dos assuré...dommage.....

semaine agréable sous le soleil et la chaleur. Mer située à 100 m de la maison sans route, très appréciable pour les enfants . maison conforme à la description sur le site, peut-être un manque la climatisation car nous avons eu très chaud surtout la nuit
