Approximately 15 min. drive to the BILTMORE HOUSE. downtown Biltmore Village, Historic Downtown Asheville, River Art's District and various Breweries. Even closer is Sierra Nevada Brewery. LAUNCH and SKY ZONE TRAMPOLINE parks, ANTIQUES, CRAFTS and MOVIE theaters are area favorites as well. ASHEVILLE, NC is a lovely and FAMED TRAVEL DESTINATION featured in many magazines. It's famous for it's History, Art, Music and Dining, not to mention 4 SEASON'S of BEAUTY! The BLUE RIDGE PARKWAY is 15 min away.

This place was absolutely perfect for us! We have never stayed in the area and are so thankful to have found this gem of a cottage! Clean, fully stocked, plenty of space, great location with ease of getting to anything nearby. Will stay again when in the area.

Wonderful clean space for Asheville stay!
The home was immaculately clean and conveniently located to Asheville (23 min drive to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 12 min to nice stores/restaurants in South Asheville). It also felt safe and somewhat secluded in a small wooded gated area (you have to enter a code). We stayed for a couple nights while visiting Biltmore and exploring Asheville and it was perfect for our family of four with two smaller children. The stocked kitchen was an added bonus, we would definitely stay here again if in the area!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the host was communicative & we just can’t say anything more about it. We loved the beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. Beds could have been a tiny bit more comfy but we’d 100% come back here every time to visit Asheville!

My wife and I have stayed at many guesthouses over the years, but this was really a standout experience. The place was super clean. It was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. The grill had gas and worked well. It’s very close to several stores in case you need to run out for something. The host communicated well and always responded quickly. No issues with wifi or tv, everything was smooth. We really loved it and would 100% stay here again!

Sweet spot
Pam was lovely, had the place decorated for Christmas for me and my family which was sweet as we had Christmas away from home without family/friends aside from ourselves. Unusually cold weather resulted in frozen pipes and she got a man out to help on a Saturday AND it was Christmas Eve. Really kind and helpful- precious little place. A bit loud with traffic/Walmart a stones throw from backyard is the only downside.

We loved our stay at The Chestnut. This was probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. It was super clean and had all the extras that some properties don’t- like salt and pepper and coffee! If I find myself back in the area I would definitely stay here again!

The Chestnut cottage is the perfect stay!
The cottage was lovely. It was exceptionally well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our ladies weekend to celebrate a birthday! It made our trip to Asheville enjoyable and we wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved this house!!
This property far exceeded my expectations. It looks great in the pictures online but it’s even better in person. You can see the mountains through the trees off the back deck. There’s a spacious private driveway for you to park. A really nice big front porch to sit out and enjoy the nature. It’s a great location, especially with its close proximity to the airport. We had a 6 AM flight out so the short drive to the airport with a gas station along the way to fill the rental was super helpful. When they say the property is fully stocked this is no exaggeration. You could easily cook, serve and enjoy a large group meal here. It was the perfect size house for my little family of 3. Plenty of space for us all to separate for a little quiet time during our stay when needed. Spotlessly clean, well decorated, bright & new. If I return to Asheville I’d love to stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family!
