Step onto the ground floor veranda, furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables and two outdoor dining areas--one accommodating up to 10 guests and the other perfect for a party of four. From here, you can also access the pool terrace.
-Next to the living room, youll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a separate indoor dining table for 6. The kitchen also boasts a seamless connection to the veranda, allowing you to enjoy mesmerizing views of the sea while preparing meals.
- The ground floor houses a bedroom featuring a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) equipped with a 32 TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a wardrobe, and windows that provide stunning sea views.
-Additionally, there is a second bedroom offering two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a vanity, a wardrobe with a suitcase stand (the beds can be joined to create a king-size bed upon request), A/C, sea view, and an en-suite WC.

- For added convenience, a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cabin is available for use by guests staying in the second bedroom.
