Hi, I am an administrator & promotor in Spain and the Dominican Republic during my time as administrator I decided to build this Villa for my Family Home, thus it's finished to high-quality construction. I have kept the property in excellent condition as well as upgrading the installations for better equipment as its 220V & 110V electricity installations. The reason why I wanted the villa in Metro country club is due to the fact that I play golf and it's a very friendly and homely setup and lovely neighbors
Why they chose this property
As the property was designed to a high quality I decided to bring imported marble, and imported treated solid light oak and manufacture the carpentry design and finishes.
The security of Metro is excellent due to 24-hour security and the comfort of not having to worry about the villa's security. being so close to the beach less than 2 kilometers and access to supermarkets and stores and banking it's really very convenient,

What makes this property unique
As it's on the golf course and in the golf complex the advantages are all year-round, including tennis golf and leisure. The complex has 2 daily trips to the capital by bus as well as a collection for children to the nearby international schools, close by is the private beach of metro wgere the residents are allowed to use the club and facilities.
The international airport Las Americas is within 30 minutes or 30 kilometers away, other nautical sports are available as well as sailing canoeing and scuba diving.
