About this property

We have our condo available beginning May 2023. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room, and a large lanai overlooking a deep water canal. It has a washer and dryer and private parking. Tennis, two swimming pools, and fishing all available too!
Our condo is completely updated with tile in the living areas, baths, and kitchen, and carpet in the two bedrooms. It has a dual power reclining sofa, two recliners, and lanai furniture. Spend your time on the beach with our complimentary beach chairs, and umbrella or simply spend a peaceful time relaxing on the lanai watching the birds, fish, and alligators. We back up to a nature preserve and rent it monthly.

This condo is perfectly and conveniently located on a dead end street close to Marco Island, Isle of Capri, and Naples. The lanai is a favorite place to spend time relaxing while observing the fish, birds, and alligators that show up occasionally.

The condo sits across the street from a golf course community and has a sidewalk for walking along the course or along the canal.
