Überragend

100% empfehlenswert, toll eingerichtet, super ruhig. Schade nur, dass manche Hundebesitzer es einfach nicht hinbekommen, die Exkremente ihrer Tiere zu beseitigen. Die Anlage also ich ist sehr gepflegt, ebenfalls der Pool. Der Strand war wie immer atemberaubend. Jederzeit und gerne wieder zu buchen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Urlaub, den wir in Le Penon verbringen durften. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Liebevoll eingerichtet und von der Besitzerin persönlich empfangen, so haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage war super zum Strand und zum örtlichen Markt, der dreimal pro Woche stattfindet. Alles in allem kommen wir hoffentlich gerne wieder.

Séduit par la propreté et la décoration, le lieux est pensé comme pour être à la maison avec tous les équipements nécessaire. La double terrasse est parfaite pour rythmer les apéros et dîner, les 2 chambres sont spacieuses et agréable à vivre, le + les 2 salles de bains quand on rentre de la plage en famille ! L'accès à la plage à pied et au centre du penon est génial, vacances sans voiture ! Je recommande chaudement!

Great apartment and close to beach

We stayed for 5 nights for a surf trip with our little boy and we found the apartment to be very comfortable with everything you needed for your stay. It was located very close to the beach and in a nice location, and was very clean throughout. The wi-fi worked well for us with good signal. Corinne was very friendly and helpful with any questions, would definitely recommend

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr nette und herzliche Begrüßung. Der Stand nahezu direkt hinterm Haus. Wir waren Ende September und hatten den Strand nahezu für uns alleine, ein Traum. Absolut empfehlenswert! ;-)

Von Beginn an ein sehr sympathischer Kontakt und ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben die zwei Wochen im Haus in Seignosse sehr genossen. Das Haus ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet und bietet für alle genügend Platz. Besonders toll ist, dass die zwei Schlafzimmer (eins im Erdgeschoss und eins im ersten Stock) jeweils ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette und Dusche haben. Die große Terrasse geht geht um die Ecke, sodass man auch draußen viel Platz hat. Unsere Kinder hat besonders der Gemeinschaftspool gefallen. Nach dem Strandbesuch ist man dort gerne hineingesprungen. Das Haus ist nur 5-Gehminuten vom Stand entfernt und ist somit das perfekte Domizil für einen Strandurlaub. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort sind optimal. Neben einem normalgroßen Supermarkt befinden sich zwei Bäcker und eine Apotheke. Drei mal in der Woche findet ein großer Wochen- bzw. Trödelmarkt statt, der neben Obst und Gemüse, frischem Fisch und Fleisch auch einigen Trödel bietet. Direkt am Strand kann man in der Lost Surf School surfen lernen sowie Boards und Neoprenanzüge ausleihen. Cécile und ihr Mann Pierre führen die ausgezeichnete Surfschule sehr liebevoll. Fazit: Das Haus ist für eine vierköpfige Familie, die Strandurlaub machen will perfekt geeignet. Die Vermieterin ist von Anfang an sehr hilfebereit und sehr freundlich. Der Empfang mit kalten Getränken war einfach klasse. Corinne, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très proche de l'océan, des commerces, du marché (3 fois par semaine),... Elle est très bien équipée et bien décorée et les terrasses sont très agréables. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

location parfaitement située et très calme début septembre

Nous avons passé un court séjour dans cette location parfaitement située et très calme début septembre. La propriétaire Corinne est très avenante et sa location est parfaitement équipée pour l'usage que nous en avions. On peut noter l'absence de wifi mais cela ne nous a pas gêné lors de notre séjour. Le centre ville de Seignosse Océan est à 5 min à pieds et l'océan aussi. Nous avons été conquis et espérons revenir l'an prochain.
