This Lovely Ground Floor Apartment Is Just One Of Six Exclusive Properties.

This apartment shares a well maintained garden with shrubs, and an orange and lemon tree. There is a communal pool and sea views. As the apartment is on the ground floor you can just step through the patio doors of the lounge or kitchen, onto the terrace and across the lawn to the large pool. The apartment is air conditioned to be cool in the Summer or use the heating for the Winter evenings.
Mijas is an interesting white washed Spanish village with cobbled streets in the older sections. There is a multitude of eating places within the village and a variety of shops. The apartment is in a marvellous position being close to the centre of the village with it's shops, and restaurants but is situated in a secluded location, which is quiet and peaceful.
It is not essential to hire a car when renting this apartment as the village has a lot to offer and public transport is reasonably priced and regular going to places like Marbella, Torremelinos, Porto Benuse and Fengirola. The nearest beaches are at Fengirola which is a 15 minute drive or bus ride.
The property is south facing so enjoys plenty of natural light, and comprises spacious lounge with dining table and chairs, easy seating, TV, fireplace and patio doors leading out onto the front patio area, with views of the pool. The quality kitchen has recently been renovated and has fully fitted units and granite work top, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, and microwave. Free fibre optic WiFi available.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one has double access views to the gardens, bedroom two has views of the side garden, and the third bedroom is rear facing. The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. There are two luxury fully tiled bathrooms, one with bath and shower attachment, the second with a shower.
Outside there are 2 spacious terraces - the front terrace with views over the communal grounds and swimming pool, while the side terrace has views over the gardens. There is a picnic table and chairs for outside dining and some sun lounges. The apartment has a wind out awning to the front of the property which is very useful when the sun is at it's fiercest.
The outside space the property enjoys is a beautiful well maintained level garden, large swimming pool and a separate section of gardens with trees and shrubs to the side. There is gated secure parking if required. Sorry pets are not allowed.

On arrival to the property the instructions were very helpful. On entering the property we found to be very dated and tired looking. We found the property very dirty and had to clean it ourselves. The towels were covered in long black human hair, totally off putting. I had to wash these several times before use. The only positive thing to say was the outside pool and garden area was immaculate very well maintained.Mijas however is a stunning location.

Die Lage der Wohnung und Pueblo Mijas ist toll. Wir haben den Ort sehr genossen und waren sogar im Pool obwohl er nicht beheizt und damit sehr kalt war. Die Wohnung allerdings koennte verbessert werden. Die Matrazen waren alt und unbequem, die Terassentuer ging nicht auf und Ameisen waren schon jetzt eine Plage.

Apartment is very clean ,a little dated now and mattresses could do with being updated.. The safety of the shutters is most welcome making the apartments very secure ... Kitchen has everything you need if you are inclined to cook ,if not restaurant in town are plenty and very good .. The grounds are very well look after with the gardener coming in most nights to look at pool and water the grass ...sweeping around ... A very peaceful and relaxing holiday as we have had many times before and will return again soon . Thank you ..

Huoneisto on hyvällä paikalla Mijaksen keskustan tuntumassa. Lyhyt matka joka paikkaan. Tosin portaita ja ylämäkeä löytyy kuntoiluun. Piha on aurinkoinen pitkälle iltapäivään ja puutarha erittäin hyvin hoidettu. Asunnosta löytyi lähes kaikki tarvittava kuukaudenkin oleskeluun. Omistaja on miellyttävä ja yhteistyöhaluinen sekä naapurusto mukavaa. Ilmat suosivat meitä, joten uimaankin pääsi tammikuussa vaikka allas ei ole lämmitetty.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. The appartement was as advertised with no surprises. We did find that it was lacking in some basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish cloth and dish towels as well as some good kitchen essentials. ie. chef knife proper pans.

Great location in Mijas
We stayed for a week as a family of 6. The location and property were both lovely. Access to the pool was easy as was the parking- ol so it's a bit of a climb up the road to the village but it's worth it. Good access to the wider Coasta del Sol but be aware the A7 can be very busy at peak times. Sadly there was a bit of confusion at the end of our stay, check out time is midday but the cleaner arrived early and sat outside the apartment for 30 minutes even though we had vacated the property. Still we had a lovely time inthis very nice property in Mijas.

Nice apartment beautifully situated
In case you are wondering, this apartment is bottom left in the photograph. It's located on a quiet street, a short walk from the centre of Mijas. It is right behind the lovely TRH Mijas Hotel where we also had friends and family staying, and where we spent some time. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from an excellent small supermarket called Dia where you can stock up on holiday food and drink. The apartment is pleasant and well equipped. Indoor dining facilities would be a little cramped for 6. You can park your car either on the roadside at the main entrance (the rear from this angle) or more securely at the back leading onto the garden. You don't need a car to come here though - public transport from Malaga airport is good, there are buses locally down to the coast and you can book day trips to places like Granada at the Hotel Mijas. Mijas is lovely and there is loads to see and do in the area. There are lots of opportunities for walks in the hills behind the town. When we visited in April it was a bit cool for using the shared pool but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The kids loved the communal garden. You'll enjoy it.

couldn't fault our stay here- pool only yards from the apartment, everyone else staying nearby was friendly and accomodating , nothing had been left to chance in the property, like a home from home would definitely return

Great apartment.
The apartment is situated in an ideal position only 5 min walk to the centre of Mijas and yet located in a quiet lovely peaceful area. The ground floor apartment is large and has all that is required for a family holiday. The grounds and swimming pool are kept to a high standard with beautiful lawned area around the pool. The best thing about the apartment that one could walk straight out of the French doors onto the lawn and then into the pool.The apartment is immaculate and clean. Why they chose this property

I came to Mijas in 2010 on holiday with friends and loved the area. I came back a year later with my son and looked at apartments and bought this apartment fairly quickly. The village is very characterful and has many shops, bars and restaurants, which are all easily reached from the apartment. The village puts many events on eg jazz festivals, international festivals and the annual ferria to name a few which makes it an interesting place to visit.
The apartment has a beautiful garden, pool and view to the sea in the distance.
