Amazing LAKE KEOWEE lakefront retreat ready to host your entire family!
This 4 bedroom house is furnished with all the comforts of your home and ready to help you relax. This house sleeps 11, has 2 floors and 2 wonderful oversized decks that overlook the lake and are steps away from the water. If you don't have a boat to park at our dock, don't worry, simply relaxing on the deck gazing at the lake view makes you feel like you are on the water. If you want to swim, please do!!! Enjoy the deep, clean water cove as you swim off our dock and splash around in our kayaks and paddle board that are there for your use. After a day full of fun and sun on the lake, wash off in the outside shower and prepare for an evening of laughs, smores and chat with friends and family by the fire.
There are 3 bathrooms in the house, 2 living rooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), an awesome kitchen with granite countertops, laundry, a 2 car garage plus additional parking for 4 more cars. The house is set back in the woods, making this the perfect, private getaway experience.
The minute you walk into the main level of the house you feel the calming effect this house offers. From cooking meals in our spacious kitchen to enjoying your meal on our rustic dining room table, this house will feel like home. When you see the master bedroom you will be excited to slip into the comfortable king mattress overlooking the lake with a private entrance to the deck. Take a shower in the newly remodeled bathroom with large tiled shower in the master bathroom. The great room has a gas fireplace, comfortable sofas and chair facing a 70-inch flat screen TV, so you can catch a game or watch a family movie. This room opens up to the upper deck that will be your families favorite hang out spot. This deck has amazing views of the lake and has comfortable patio furniture for everyone to lounge in. There is a patio dining table that seats 6, gas grill and propane fire place on the deck as well.
The lower level has another great room that is tastefully decorated with a cozy sofa and lounging chairs, that would be great for family board games or just relaxing after a day on the lake. Just off the great room, there is a large bedroom with 2 queen comfortable beds and another queen bedroom overlooking the lake. There is a full bath and last but not least is a fun bedroom with a bunk that sleeps a queen on the bottom and twin on the top. The great room has windows looking over the lake and opens up to the lower deck. Step out on the covered deck and relax on the swing as you gaze at the lake views. So much to enjoy on this deck, lake breeze, a stone path to the dock, fire pit patio ... just step off the deck and you are 12 feet from the water!
This is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy time with family and friends. This house is 20 minutes from Clemson University, 15 minutes from grocery stores, and a short boat ride or kayak ride to the Lighthouse and Cabana Restaurant. Feel free to park your boat or jet ski on our dock during your stay or rent one and have it delivered... even better! You are also welcome to our kayaks, paddle board and tubes. Life on the lake in definitely better, come see!
