We welcome you to our condo to enjoy your stay and the beautiful town of Breckenridge!

OUR BLAZING SADDLES CONDO:

Ski-in condo remodeled 2021. Enjoy the best ski mountain views Breckenridge has to offer, just 1/2 block to central Main Street. Top floor condo offers accommodations for two.

Condo has a queen size bed, leather chairs for relaxing and watching the flat screen TV, small dining area and full kitchen. Cozy and perfect for two to enjoy a needed break or holiday in Breckenridge.

The window faces west to the ski area and sunset. You can ski right down the 4 o'clock run and you will be across the street from your condo. Parking is included. You will find you are within walking distance of everything. Keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Condo is ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run or accessible via the green route on the shuttle. In the morning, you can either take the shuttle to the slopes (once again, green route - same side of street goes to Peak 8, cross the street to go to Peak 9) located in the front of the building or walk 3 blocks to the gondola.

For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there. This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.

You'll love all that Breck has to offer: walk outside to hear free concerts in the Riverwalk Center, peruse the village festivals and enjoy the city's dining and night life. You may even want to join the morning yoga classes on the lawn outside. Once done city-side, you can walk across the river and escape to this cozy studio for some relaxation and solitude.

Other amenities are a "welcome basket" with a variety of teas and coffees. We recently installed a convenient in-room combination washer and dryer, perfect for throwing your ski gear in at the end of the day. As this is a small RV style laundry, large loads are not recommended. We do have coin operated laundry in the complex, exit outside and located on the north side of the building, as well as commercial laundromat approximately 3 blocks away. We also have a small, roll away cot (suitable for children only) available for extra sleeping.

On the ground floor of Blazing Saddles, for easy convenience, is Lone Star Sports (20% discounts on ski rental for VacaVibe renters) along with a liquor store and sushi restaurant.

What we love about this condo - Location! Location! Location! AND VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! Close to everything and best views in town - you just can't beat it.

Condo is located at 110 S. Park Avenue in Blazing Saddles complex.

WE WELCOME OUR GUESTS - PEACE OF MIND GUARANTEE: We have actively implemented rigorous CLEANING standards in compliance with CDC standards to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. We are restricting early check-ins and late check-outs so that our housekeepers have more time to clean and disinfect. We also provide REMOTE, KEYLESS CHECK-IN, allowing our guests to go directly to the condo to check-in. Private entrance and key-code for entry. Remote check-in via phone or text with host.

Best Place in Breck

Patty was an amazing host. The space has everything you need and was super clean. Walking distance to everything downtown and literally at the bottom of lower four o clock run so you can ski home and the shuttle picks you up like less than a half block away to get up to the mountain. Truly the perfect place. Will be returning for sure and highly recommend!

The host of the property was absolutely amazing; very polite, caring, and communicative. The property itself is in an absolutely great spot: short walk from gondola, and restaurants/shops. It had everything we needed AND more. However, the bed was not nearly as comfortable as husband and I hoped for considering the price we paid. The whole apartment needs some updates like new paint job and new toilet (we had a lot of issues flushing it properly. It needs to be refreshed.

The property is very close to main street where you can find ton of restaurants and shopping area. The condo has a very good view. Patty has been very friendly and has suggested really cool places to visit and hike. Loved the place and would suggest this place to anyone looking to make their future bookings.

Communication was not great. We were excited about staying there , but was disappointed from the start. A three story walk up for two people in their 70s having manage the climb and struggle with luggage was a real hassle.

Perfect Location for a Ski Trip

The studio was perfect for our ski trip! It actually was bigger than what we expected and right off of 4 O'Clock Run. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need, the bathroom was of decent size; everything was great. It would be even better if the studio had some ski boots dryer (we had that at another VRBO) :-) Again perfect studio for 2 people within walking distance to town and off the slopes!

The location is amazing. I cannot say enough about the positivity of my experience staying here. The property owners communication was remarkable. Perfect Spot for Enjoying Breckenridge

Property was just what we needed for our weekend in Breckenridge. Less than 5 minutes to main street. Check-in was quick, just texted Patty for the door code and we were set. Having available parking with no added fee was a great bonus.

Stay here!! It’s PERFECT!!

We absolutely LOVED this place!! So beautifully decorated and comfy. It had every little “extra” that we could have wanted or needed. And, CLEAN!! Also, perfect location for all the shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere because we were so close to everything. And, Patty was the perfect hostess. She obviously cares about her guests. Really loved staying here...didn’t want to leave! ❤️

Amazing condo!

We had a great time staying at this condo in Breckenridge! Patty was an excellent host and even let us park in the lot after check out. The location was perfect—the shuttle to Peak 9 picks up right across the street, walk 5 minutes to the gondola for Peaks 7 and 8, ski right home on the Four O’clock run, and walk five minutes to Main Street. The condo itself was very nice with wonderful amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Can't wait to return!

Flawless stay and perfect host. The condo is in the heart of downtown, walkable to everything. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway. The free bus pickup to the lifts is directly across the street, and end your day in true ski-in fashion down the 4 O'clock run. Patty is the perfect host - extremely accommodating, personal and responsive. Will definitely be back to Blazing Saddles.

Awesome Location, Awesome Apartment

Location - 1 minute from town center by walking - great. Also 1 minute from the free shuttle or a few minutes from the Breck gondola. Apartment - well equipped, welcome chocolates :), everything we needed to cook (maybe a sharp knife is needed but thats nothing). Bed is pretty comfy. I really liked the vast storage area in the entrance allowing you to place all ski/snowboard equipment. Very clean. Liked the decor style with the old skis Parking is easy

Best couples place in all of Summit County

We can walk to all of the Breckinridge’s events (restaurants, ice sculptures, bike races, shopping, night life rec paths, etc). A very short walk to free bus ride (avoid Gondola parking) to peak 8 or 9 in the morning and ski down 4 O’clock run in the afternoon right to the Condo. The condo is great, we use the kitchen to cook most meals

Location is great!

Me and my husband went up for a weekend and loved this studio. We parked the car and walked the entire weekend. It is so convenient. It was the perfect size for a romantic getaway. Can't wait to get back next year.

Location cannot be beat!

The location of this condo cannot be beat! We were located in the middle of Breckenridge and walked everywhere from the supermarket to the gondola to various restaurants, enjoying the cool summertime air. We've rented here in the past and will not hesitate to come back.
