Placed on the beach, almost private, this house can accommodate 6 people in lush greenery and offers you an exceptional sea view. In front of its shores, near the port of Tresseny, forms the peninsula of Neiz Vran. Always a dune after the one that has just passed, and there nestled in the hollow of the sand and rocks, the Villa des Oyas opens its doors and its pastel colors. In front of you, scattered over the heath of Kerlouan, the stones are young people and young girls turned into rocks for wanting to dance. This country, full of legends of wreckers and wreck looters, distills its secrets and will surprise you day after day. A place of iodized breeze, intensely bluish landscapes which one inevitably falls in love with.

Agréable maison avec magnifique vue
Très agréable accueil de la part de Fabienne et Bruno . Ils nous ont présenté leur belle petite maison très bien pensée pour y passer un très bon séjour. Maison fonctionnelle et confortable avec une vue incroyable sur le bras de mer. Fabienne et Bruno sont très disponibles et très arrangeant . Une très belle expérience

Einfach nur großartig
Alles wunderbar, schnuffeliges süßes Haus mit allem Komfort den man braucht. Herzlicher Empfang der Besitzerin. Toller Logenplatz am Meer (bei Ebbe kann man direkt durchs Watt und alle möglichen Vögel beobachten, bei Flut hat man das Meer vor der Haustüre ;-) ). Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Super Lage für schöne Küstenwanderung direkt vom Haus aus.

Une vue a couper le souffle, le jardin est bien aménagé, la plage est situé au pieds de ce jardin. Dans la chambre du bas une fenêtre donne sur les pins on a l impression d un tableau. Tout était au top. Génial. L accueil de la propriétaire était très chaleureux.

Das Haus ist wunderschön ruhig gelegen. Man hat einen eigenen Strandzugang. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles ist vorhanden, obwohl das Haus nicht sehr groß ist. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen mit einen kulinarisch, bretonischem Geschenk. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und der Vermieterin lief bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in diesem wundervollen Haus. Es ist sehr liebevoll Eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Ruhe und der Blick auf das Meer sind unbezahlbar. Der perfekte Ort um sich zu erholen. Ein echtes Paradies. DiesercUrlaub wird uns immer in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

The house is equipped with all you need for your stay. Located at the beach, nice to walk around. We liked a lot how the environment changed all the time with the water coming and going. Very quite and relaxing space!

A Little Piece of Paradise
We absolutely loved our two week stay at Villa des Oyats. The setting is magnificent, the beach is at your doorstep (and what a beautiful beach it is), the house is modern and designed to bring the outdoors in and give the sea its full appreciation. The owners are very friendly, and they respond immediately to any question you might have. They take good care of their property and their guests. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful beachside location, highly recommended
Welcoming and friendly host who left some nice local treats to sample after showing us around the property. Lovely house in gorgeous location, excellent comms. My wife (ex-hairdresser) mentioned it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms, but otherwise the place was perfect, comfortable, well equipped, and the views from every room are superb. The television is in the master bedroom rather than the living room, but the views of the beach, tide and wildlife were so good that we did not watch tv during our stay. Lots to see and do in the area, including numerous wonderful beaches, coastal walks, villages, woodlands, although the area is quiet and is not over-developed. We were fortunate and had perfect weather during our stay, with a (rare) view of the Aurora Borealis as a bonus on our last night before travelling home. Highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Wohfühloase in Traumlage
Das Haus ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies, wie die Eigentümer es nennen. Schon die Einfahrt aufs parkähniche Grundstück löst Erwartungen aus, die beim Betreten des Hauses von dem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer, der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre mehr als erfüllt werden. Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser herrlichen Umgebung, alles war perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Da wir nur schönes Wetter hatten, war auch die Größe des Hauses mit fünf Personen kein Problem. Jede Ecke wird genutzt. Das Aussengelände und der Blick ein Traum. Die Besitzer haben uns ein tolles Begrüßungsgeschenk hinterlassen mit Leckereien aus der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super, sofort wieder!
Wir haben ein traumhaft gelegenes Haus gefunden, so nah haben wir noch nie am Wasser gewohnt. Abgelegen an einem sehr selten befahrenen Weg liegt das Haus zurückversetzt direkt am Wasser. Durch Ebbe und Flut hatten wir ein unterschiedliches Landschaftsbild, sehr schön! Die Kinder konnten alleine am Strand spielen, da sonst kein Mensch dort war. Sonst gibt es in der Nähe einige weitere sehr schöne Strände mit feinem Sand. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern, für uns 4 völlig ausreichend. Ebenso wurden unsere Fragen sofort, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert beantwortet, also eine sehr gute Rückmeldung und Betreuung seitens der Vermieter! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten! Das Haus hat einen Panoramablick. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bezogen und sehr komfortabel. Der Garten ist groß und mit sehr bequemen liegen und Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Der perfekte Strand grenzt direkt an den Garten an und man kommt ganz einfach dahin. Wir träumen also schon von unserem nächsten Aufenthalt. :)
