In a very beautiful villa called VILLA HIBISCUS, beautiful Mediterranean garden, very residential, quiet environment, popular with Argelès.
Rental named 'COZY' on the ground floor, separate entrance:
- covered terrace of 15 m2 closed on 3 sides, facing south / east on the garden side, allowing all meals to be sheltered from the wind, not overlooked, barbecue, blind and deckchairs
- living room of 20 m2, lounge / dining room / kitchen, comfortable convertible, nicely furnished
- quiet room of 10 m2 on the garden side
- bathroom access by terrace
- covered parking
- beautiful enclosed garden which is private to you of 150 m2
- washing machine, multifunction microwave, TV / radio 100cm flat screen on satellite
- very clean and bright.
