With ocean views from just about every room this home is full of beauty and charm. Originally owned by a stained glass maker there are works of stained glass throughout this home that introduce artistry and old world charm into your vacation. Enjoy the works of art as you relax in this large comfortable home and marvel at the views of the ocean. Open the windows and listen to the ocean as it lulls you to sleep while the crickets chirp their joyful songs.
There is plenty of room for everyone. Find your favorite spot to relax. Downstairs has living room with 4 couches, piano, sitting room, library, den, 2 full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The Bedroom Off of the family room has a Quees size bed and a Skylight, it's the closest to the bathroom. The other is off of the kitchen and has a full size bed. There is 1 TV that has cable TV with a DVD. There is a 2nd TV with built in VCR for VHS viewing only. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms plus a half bath.
The first bedroom on the Left has a full size bed, the Second bedroom on the Left has a Queen size bed, The First bedroom on the Right has a Full and the Last bedroom on the Second floor has 2 twins.
Lovely deck on front and back with ocean views, charming interior and artisan stained glass throughout. Just steps to the Prom and beach.

On the beach

Nice place, older but very clean and well apportioned with what was needed for our weekend stay. Plenty of bedrooms plus room to spread out. Slight snafu with the code for the lock but was quickly corrected when we called the property manger. I would stay there again.

Awesome house at the beach

Photos don’t do this place justice. It’s big and roomy and also cozy and quaint. We were 10 people, including five teens and an old guy in a wheelchair and it was perfect. It’s very sound-proof, with lots of rooms to spread out and a huge dining table that fit us all. Kitchen has everything you need. Front room is giant, with space for all ten of us. Two showers that worked great. Just enough towels for ten of us, but there’s a washer and dryer. One tv and very good wifi. Super close to beach, and ten minute walk to downtown.

Perfect house for our group size.

All of us enjoyed the house. Plenty of bedrooms for all of us and the common areas were perfect. Enjoyed the location and the proximity to downtown Seaside. We’ll be back!

Family reunion

The house was very comfortable and clean! Lots of space for everyone! Excellent location! I loved everything about it. Only suggestion I have is that a new BBQ may need to be purchased!

Wonderful family getaway!

Such a great house for an extended family group! Plenty of rooms for all, plus three different large shared spaces, a big kitchen, and some lovely little nooks here and there. Also a nice deck out back. Right next to the Promenade--really just perfect. The management was super nice and responsive! We will definitely come again!!

Great House with Character

Lots of rooms to spread out in or snuggle up and relax. Great location steps from the Prom and beach. The craftsmanship of the wood and stained glass throughout the house is amazing. I wish I could read the history of the house and those who lived in it.

Great house for family reunion

Plenty of areas for different activities : quiet conversations, reading, gamed, group activities and gathering everyone together. And the woodwork and stained glass are so interesting. Perfect.

Great for large families

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The house lay out works great for kids and adults. The location was perfect and the access to the beach was great. All of the beds are very comfortable and lots of extra bedding was provided! We look forward to renting this property again.

Fun place to gather

The living spaces were perfect for a large family to gather and talk with little areas for children to retreat to and have their own spaces. Beds were small, but we are an abnormally tall family. Not state of the art but perfect for a family with kids….we will be back

Great location Funkie comfortable home

We had a great time. Loved the space. Across the street from the beach! It Could of used another shower, only have 2. In general, the home worked out well for our large group. But there are only 2 queens! It was advertised as 3 queens. Double beds are small to share.

A perfect stay at the beach

We loved our house. It was perfectly located on the beach. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Our surroundings were quiet and we could hear and see the ocean from the front windows. The house itself had great character with it's design and décor. We had six adults and 7 children in the house and there were plenty of beds for everyone as well as plenty of room to spread out. There were large rooms and nooks for a person to have some quiet time to themselves. The one thing that could use some attention is the appliances (just a bit dated). But the house itself more than made up for the outdated stove. The kitchen was convenient. It was really nice having 2 fridges. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. I would want to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Perfect family vacation

Excellent experience from beginning to end. House is an older building but has a lot of character. It was very big and had everything we needed. Right on the Promenade and easy walking distance to the beach. Would stay again anytime

Family stat

The house was great. Plenty of room. Easy walk to beach and main areas. Kitchen very well stocked but do bring own condiments. But we did find the following: only overhead light worked in room with blue striped duvet, none of the outlets or bedside lamps; 2-3” lint in dryer; given the wrong wifi access name but after trying a couple able to log on. Overall we were satisfied and had a very pleasant family holiday

Cozy visit

It was a wonderful time, the house was great! The only “issue” was when we arrived it was still slightly dirty, there were cups sitting around. Other than that it was perfect!

Great Weekend Getaway

Property was just want we were looking for. Easy check in and check out. House was very large and frankly the online photos make it look smaller than it really is. Plenty of room for a very large family or friends. Everything was made available a party might need. Kitchen stocked, games, TVs, and even a piano!. Access to the beach and town of Seaside was a about a 10 minute walk. Lots to do with shops and places to eat. Would stay again.
