Living room has open floor plan with Queen hide-a-bed, flat screen TV, Fireplace & Queen Murphy bed. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes cozy breakfast bar with stools. I liked the unit, and it's location, however, I found the living room furniture less than comfortable . Low hard, chairs and slippery, cold couch. Not a very cozy feeling.

Perfect get away

Our stay here was relaxing. Just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Which is very important to us. As we get away to rest and relax. Having an awful bed can be a game changer. We did not cook. But it seemed as if the kitchen was stocked well. We are coffee drinkers, and this unit had a great kuirig machine. Bring your pods! I would recommend this unit to everyone. We can’t wait to back.

Excellent location

Property was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pans and cooking tools. The location was perfect. We were able to easily come and go throughout the day, stopping in for lunch, then heading back to the beach or shopping. We ordered dinner from MO’s one night, and it was less than a 5 minute walk to pick it up.The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We didn’t try the sofa bed so can’t speak to that. A wonderful, spacious condo, with beautiful views. We enjoyed every minute of it.

Sunsets were right out the window. Lighting was better for TV watchers than readers, but a small negative compared to the positives.

The location is great. The place is older but beds were comfortable and furniture was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the place was dirty, dusty, food under hide a bed dirt under bed, nightstand dusty along with on top of the headboard. There is a large population of homeless hanging atound.

We had a girls weekend and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Short walking distance to the beach and prom. Super easy check in and check out.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

We had a great time at this property! It was very clear and comfortable. The location was perfect for being close to all of the shops and restaurants as well as steps away from the beach! We will come back again and we highly recommend this property!

Seaside Oceanfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and hope to return again. The condo was clean, the kitchen was adequately stocked, there was plenty of seating, and the decor had a beachy charm. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathrooms were well stocked. We loved having two bathrooms; one with a walk-in shower. Communication was excellent & instructions for care of unit, parking, check out were clear. The ocean views from the picture window & patio were wonderful. The location was excellent for access to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Excellent Condo on the Beach

This condo was the perfect beach getaway. Super close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere in Seaside.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the property for the events on the beach. The access to the Promenade and the beach were fantastic, and it was just a little south of things so it was quiet and calm which we loved. The only thing I can think of to suggest is that there be better lighting in the living area, either with larger lamps or overhead lighting. Thanks for such a great weekend!

Everything was terrific. We cooked and served over 35 people fir our family reunion.

Very very nice. We had a great time. Been coming to Seaside for 57 years for our reunion and everyone who visited us remarked how very nice our rental was. We will be booking for August 2023 very soon.

Cozy condo in Seaside

We really enjoyed this condominium! Very clean and comfortable, with everything you need! The beds were all very comfortable - including the couch pullout, that had a memory foam mattress. The kitchen was fully stocked, with quality cookware. And the view from the patio window and porch was amazing, with easy access to the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location on the beach

This unit is in a great location, close enough to the beach and downtown area, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Our code didn't work on arrival, but a quick call to their office and they reset it for us. Will stay here again on our next trip to Seaside.

Enjoying Seaside

The Seaside Condo was perfect for fun in the sun. We had 2 picture perfect days walking an average of 6 miles on the beach & surrounding area each day. We also visited nearby Cannon each for another spectacular day at the beach. We enjoyed returning to the condo & watching the activities on the Promenade & panoramic views.
