Villa of 2018 in haven of peace in 2 steps of the most beautiful beaches (beach of the Dames, Clère and Souzeaux) and the town center of Noirmoutier on the island, ideal to spend a stay with family or between friends.

Un weekend pour se retrouver tous en famille
Nous avons réuni nos enfants et petits enfants pour un weekend festif très réussi. Le logement et la situation à Noirmoutier y ont beaucoup contribué. La maison est très belle et confortable, bien équipé. Tout était parfait !

Wir waren mit 2 Familien vor Ort, insgesamt 10 Personen (6 Kinder u. 4 Erwachsene). Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Haus ist für Familienurlaub mit mehreren Personen hervorragend geeignet. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und das Städtchen idyllisch. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Séjour de 2 nuits et 2 jours, spacieux pour 13 personnes. Apprécions la proximité du bourg de noirmoutier et de la mer pour effectuer des marches à pieds. Cadre calme et reposant. Gardons un très bon souvenir. A recommander.

Maison parfaite pour un séjour en famille, à plusieurs familles dans un quartier au calme. Très bien équipée (bbq, plancha, piscine, terrasse ombragée…), même en cas de temps pluvieux pour occuper toute la famille (jeux, baby-foot, billard, borne de jeu…) De belles balades à vélo, nombreuses plages accessibles à vélo, idem centre ville de Noirmoutier en l’île. Propriétaire très sympathique!

Wir wollen wiederkommen!
Ein suaberes, gemütliches, großes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, der bei Kindern unter 5 Jahren sogar mit einer stabilen Zaunumrandung gesichert war. Ein absolut entspannter Urlaub war dadurch möglich. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch mit Kindern gut machbar, in die Stadt sind wir allerdings nicht gelaufen. Vorhandene Fahrräder nicht sicher nutzbar. Billiard und Spiel-Computer bei schlechtem Wetter garant für dennoch zufriedene Kinder! Die Insel ist sehr schön, allerdings nebem dem Strand wenig Freizeitangebot. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Lovely 10 night stay
Friendly host, excellent location and close to the best beaches on the island. The bikes at the property were not really usable but we found a friendly and reasonable bike rental place at the top of the road (next to the police station) that we highly recommend. Unusual that there were only two toilets in the property, and not in the ensuite, other than that it was excellent.

En famille (14 personnes) nous nous sentons comme chez nous. Toutes les pièces de la maison sont très agréables, décorées finement sans superflu. Une maison très bien équipée, un environnement calme. un grand séjour qui permet de recevoir famille ou amis en toute quiétude. Le jardin avec sa piscine est superbe et par sa conception ses plantes et ses couleurs nous transporte un peu en Grèce. Monsieur le Propriétaire nous accueille avec le sourire et nous met tout de suite alèse Merci pour ce weekend familial nous en garderons un excellent souvenir

superbe maison pour un week end 4*
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située aux portes du bois de la chaise. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La piscine est sécurisée et le jardin clos, les enfants peuvent donc jouer à l'extérieur en toute sécurité. Elle est adaptée pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Nous avons laissé les voitures sur le parking et avons tout fait à pieds : plage et courses dans le bourg. Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dès qu'une occasion se présentera.

L’idéal pour des vacances en famille
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Éric et Sandrine. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans leur maison restaurée avec goût. C’est la villa de vacances telle qu’on l’imagine, bien équipée, spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Nos petits enfants ont été heureux d’y trouver la piscine, le baby-foot, le billard etc... Nous reviendrons...

Incroyable villa!!!
Tout y est pour vous faire passer un moment de pur bonheur : le confort, les activités présentes dans la villa, l'environnement sans oublier le charme de la maison. La villa a été construite et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant. La conception et l'espace de la villa permet de ne pas se sentir les uns sur les autres (plusieurs toilettes et salles de bains notamment). Séjour réussi garantie, nous y retournerons!
