Our family purchased this Time Share in 2000 and we have used it for many years. Unfortunately, we are unable to use it this year and would like to cover our annual costs..
Of all the many places we have skied, Vail is the best! The mountain is suited for every level and the ski school is great for both kids & adults. Also, the mountain is groomed continuously throughout the day. There are so many places to ski on the mountain, so it never feels crowded. In addition, there are tons of things for non-skiers, wonderful restaurants and shops. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we have!

Why they chose this property
Our family has stayed in many places prior to buying at the Evergreen building in StreamSide. We love this place because the suite is so spacious and comfortable. We feel it is the best building at StreamSide because of the many special features. It is one of two buildings on the property that continues to be managed by Marriott and it maintains high standards.
For some years we rented a car at the airport and other times we traveled from the airport with Colorado Mountain Express (CME). There are pros & cons: the StreamSide shuttle bus is so frequent and has convenient drop-off/pick-up locations; it's free so you don't have to pay for parking at the mountain. On the other hand, if you expect to stay out late or explore beyond Vail, having your own wheels gives flexibility.

What makes this property unique
This property has great value; very spacious & comfortable. The full kitchen and supermarkets across the road make it easy to eat in and have a relaxing evening by the fireplace. The whirlpool tub is a great feature after a day of skiing. Varied hotel amenities as pool, play area, fitness center offers something for all ages.
