Apartment completely renovated in early 2018 for four people on the ground floor of a village house located in the heart of Sanary sur Mer. Ideal location to do everything on foot! Port with its shops 100 meters away, beautiful sandy beach within 400 meters ...
The courtyard allows you to lounge, eat in peace while the apartment with its 11m2 mezzanine leaves two sleeping areas; Two 80x200 single beds on the mezzanine that can be combined to make an XXL bed of 160x200. Downstairs, under the mezzanine, the living area includes a sofa bed from "la Maison du Convertible" which offers a 160x200 bed in two seconds with its 14cm thick memory mattress.
The fully equipped and furnished kitchen includes a fridge / freezer ***, a multifunction microwave, a dishwasher, a four-burner gas hob, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine and a classic filter machine. plus all kitchen utensils.
A small bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
The rental includes sheets, duvets and their covers, pillows and pillowcases, towels with floor mats and bath sheets. We also provide hand soap in the kitchen, some tablets for the dishwasher, (for the washing machine also which is located in the garage and can also be used for the rental apartment located on the 1st floor ...)
