Downstairs also has a convenient Powder Room. The oversize sliding glass door off the dining room leads out to the private patio with bistro lights, a big table for dining al fresco, bbq grill w/ propane tank and cozy insta-worthy egg chair. Up the modern spiral staircase leads to a large ROOFTOP terrace overlooking the Community Pool and Camelback Mountain. Perfect for reading a good book and soaking in the Arizona sunshine. There is a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use off the outdoor patio.

COMMUNITY FEATURES
The quiet, intimate community features rows of mature citrus trees, a community swimming pool (the pool is not heated) with views of Camelback Mountain, as well as a completely fenced-in grassy dog-park! The community is very dog-friendly so bring your furry kids with you on vacation! (Some restrictions apply. See below.)
THE GOODS
This home is fully furnished including fresh white linens and fluffy white towels for each guest and is stocked with a "starter pack" of home essentials to get you going, including ground coffee + filters, tea, spices and oils. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough dry goods and groceries to last for the duration of your stay, including food, personal soaps, paper products, toiletries, and laundry detergent/dryer sheets.

DOG-FRIENDLY
We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow well-behaved / potty-trained dogs with some restrictions per the HOA. There is a $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur for excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds! If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information. * SORRY - NO CATS! *
FREE ONSITE PARKING
There are numerous uncovered parking spots in the community and free street parking available adjacent and surrounding the Townhome. There is also a private garage and you are welcome to use 1 of the 2 parking spots (we use one parking spot for storage). Just don't forget to return the garage door opener before you head back home!
SMART HOME DEVICES
We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices include Nest Thermostat (adjustable in range of 70-80 degrees), Ring Video Doorbell (Front Exterior), Ring Security Camera (Garage) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy.
GUEST ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code a day prior to arrival. Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door.

SHORT-TERM RENTAL OCCUPANCY CODE & HOA COMPLIANCE
Per the City of Scottsdale: “All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals, shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children.” There is a 9PM-7AM noise ordinance set by the HOA which includes outdoor areas (patio and rooftop). Please note, the HOA of this community also requires that we register guests by submitting adults' names & phone numbers, and vehicle information, prior to arrival.
