Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime! Lynn's Way is a beautiful, peaceful home to gather the family, or have a reunion with friends. Boasting a gourmet kitchen, butlers pantry, dining room that seats 12, new washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators with ice makers, 2 new dishwashers, 2 picnic tables, an enclosed outdoor shower and everything else you need to pull off great celebrations! AC was added Spring 2021. Play wiffle ball in the front yard or horseshoes in the back. There are upper and lower decks to enjoy sunsets, listen to birds and feel the island breezes. About the host

We first purchased the home with a few family members in 2003. We did a total renovation of this old farmhouse keeping its charm. We named the house "Lynn's Way" after Matt and MIchelle's Mom. If Lynn had her way, she would have owned a home on Block Island. It has been a seasonal rental since Summer of 2004.

In 2020 we were able to repurchase the home without the other family members and we are so honored to be its caretakers.

Why they chose this property

Lynn's Way is 3500 sq ft. She has central air conditioning, 2 grills, 3 decks, lots of new outdoor seating, a great outdoor shower, well equiped kitchen, linens, towels and beach chairs included. The property is nice and quiet and is pet friendly.

We offer Monday to Monday rentals. You get an entire weekend, you have a better chance at getting the ferry reservation you want and it is less chaotic arriving on a Monday vs. the weekend. We are pet friendly depending on your pet.
