**Overnight Guests:** Max 6
**Daytime Guests:** Max 10
I have a washer, dryer, and garage available for long-term stays.
**Palm Springs City Tax:** Palm Springs City charges a 12% transient occupancy tax on all fees, including services and cleaning fees. This tax is collected separately from the listing price and is due at checkout so included in the price!
**Early Check-in and Late Checkout:** I’m happy to let you in early or out late, but please let me know in advance. Subject to availability!
**Glitter:** Glitter is a big no-no here. Let’s keep it sparkly but not too wild!
**Safety First:** My house isn’t childproof, and the pool is not separated from the house. So, please be extra careful when your little ones are around. The bedroom and main area doors have chimes that will let you know when they’re opened.
**Refunds:** Unfortunately, I won’t be able to give you a refund for early departures.
**Pets:** I love animals! If you’re bringing your furry friend, please let me know in advance and make sure it’s okay with me.
**Shooting Locations:** If you’re interested in using my home as a shooting location, please contact me to discuss my rates. Commercial or professional shooting of any kind (photography, videography, film) during your stay is not allowed. Violating these rules may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies.

These laws include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate hotel taxes, restrictions on outdoor music, a maximum of three cars on the property at any time, and the requirement that renters be over the age of 25. ID will be required before arrival. This additional step ensures compliance with the city’s regulations and adds an extra layer of security.
