In a dead end close to the vines, furnished gite (4 to 6 people) in a building of 2 apartments, upstairs and duplex in a village on the Wine Route, ideally located in Center-Alsace, close to the sites tourism: Strasbourg, Obernai, Colmar, Haut-Koenigsbourg, Germany (Europa-Park) ... Close to all the amenities of the village: bakeries, mini-press tobacco shop, butcher, pastry shop, pharmacy, doctors.
Upstairs: CH1 (1 double bed 140x190), CH2 (2 single beds 90x190), possibility of 2 additional people on a furnished landing (1 convertible 2p) at € 15 per night / person, bathroom with wc and machine to wash.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (microwave, freezer, dolce gusto coffee machine), double sink bathroom with wc. Underfloor heating included. WUNDERSCHÖN und ERHOLSAM

Wir haben bei Alexander und Celine einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Sie sind perfekte Gastgeber. Wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Gugelhopf begrüsst. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, zentral gelegen ( 2 Minuten zur Bäckerei, was wir extrem geschätzt haben) und doch ruhig. Ideal gelegen um nahegelegene Dörfer zu besuchen, z.B Colmar, Eguisheim, Ribeauville usw. Direkt von der Wohnung kann man herrliche Spaziergänge in den Reben unternehmen. Onkel Remy der nebenan wohnt, ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt !

Très agréable gîte à recommander en centre Alsace

Dans une petite impasse tranquille de ce beau village de Dambach, le gîte est très agréable : très spacieux, très propre et bien aménagé : on pourrait y vivre toute l'année! La localisation est centrale et on peut rayonner facilement dans toute l'Alsace, en voiture, à pied, en vélo et en train (gare à 10 minutes à pied). N'hésitez plus!

Schöne Unterkunft!

Wir waren sehr gerne in der Wohnung im schönen Dambach-la-Ville und können sie weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Die Fotos sind alle realistisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die Stühle in der Küche sind schon durchgesessen und leider gab es mit den Infos zum Check-in keinen Code für die Schlüsselbox, was den Check-in erschwerte. Alexandre und Remy waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und familiär machte.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt, die Einrichtung ist modern und „trotzdem“ gemütlich, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, bei der Ankunft warteten ein Gugelhupf sowie eine Flasche des Weins vom Vermieter-Weingut als Willkommensgruß auf uns. Einzige „Einschränkung“: die Treppen von außen in die Wohnung sowie in der Wohnung in das Dachgeschoss sind schmal und steil, für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung sind sie nicht unbedingt geeignet - für uns (Eltern >50J, Kinder 17J) waren sie kein Problem. Das Haus liegt am Rand der Altstadt, durch einen kleinen Gang ist man in 2 Minuten mitten in den Weinbergen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus steht zur Verfügung. Im Ort ist die nötigste Infrastruktur (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke) vorhanden, nach Selestat sind es mit dem Auto aber auch nur 10 Minuten. Wir haben Ausflüge nach Straßburg, Colmar, Freiburg gemacht, haben direkt von Dambach aus die Gegend per Rad erkundet oder sind in die Vogesen gefahren und sind dort geradelt - ein toller Urlaub! Cher Alexandre, merci beaucoup pour les belles vacances et le délicieux vin! Nous reviendrons certainement!

Het verblijf was heel fijn. Mooie complete gite en vriendelijke eigenaren. Zelfs met uitleg van de werkzaamheden in de wijngaard. Ik kom graag nog een keer terug.

Superbe gîte !!

Idéalement situé entre Colmar et Strasbourg au pied du Grand Cru Frankstein, ce gîte est décoré avec goût et offre un bel espace pour une famille de 4 personnes. Attentionnés, les propriétaires vous feront partager leur passion pour le vin d’Alsace. Avons passé un superbe séjour d’une semaine. Je recommande. Hopla 👍

Plus que parfait !

Céline et Alexandre sont des propriétaires discrets, très arrangeants et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à des petits cadeaux de bienvenue (une très bonne bouteille de Gewurz de leur cru ainsi qu'un kouglof et des bretzels ! Cela fait toujours plaisir après un long trajet ! Et l'appartement est encore plus beau et fonctionnel que sur les photos ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien ! Bref nous recommandons les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons chez Alexandre et Céline si l'occasion se représente !

Beau logement , propreté irréprochable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement qui était vraiment très propre à notre arrivée. Les indications fournies pour trouver le logement et les clés sont très claires. Logement spacieux, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Le seul bémol est que l espace extérieur est séparé du logement ( le logement étant au premier étage) ce qui ne nous a pas permis d en profiter bcq ayant un enfant en bas âge. Propriétaire très réactif et agréable. Je recommande ce logement qui est très bien situé pour visiter la jolie région alsacienne.

Tolles Haus, schöne Umgebung!

Das Haus ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern! Die Weingerbe sind toll, viele Burgen und Ruinen laden zum wandern und besichtigen ein! Die Ausstattung im Haus war toll und alles war sauber. Der Vermieter und die Vermieterin sind sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Wir hatten aufregende 7 Tage. Viele tolle Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb 1 Stunde zu erreichen, Colmar, Freiburg, Europapark etc. Im Nachbarort sind viele Geschäfte. Der Fahrtweg mit dem Auto beträgt 10 Minuten. Bäcker sind im Ort und ein Metzger. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!!!

Magnifique gite. Superbement bien équipé au point de vue vaisselle et autres. Il y a de quoi faire bien à manger. Les quelques provisions disponibles ne sont pas négligeables : papier toilette, capsules café, .... Gite hyper pratique. Tout correspond à la description.

Urlaub an der Weinstraße

Sehr schöne, große ,saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Top ausgestattet, wir haben wirklich gar nichts vermisst. Zentrale Lage im Elsass, ideal für Ausflüge nach Straßburg, Colmar... oder für Wanderungen in den Weinbergen. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, wir haben bei Ihnen eine kleine Weinprobe gemacht und sehr leckeren Wein erworben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
