**BEACH CHAIR SERVICE INCLUDED FOR THE 2024 SEASON (March-October)! 2 CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA**

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms quaint cottage is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway! Nestled in between Panama City Beach & 30A, it is filled with homey decor and beautiful decorations. During the months of March-September Beach Chair Service is Included!

Perfectly located less than a 2-minute walk from the private beach access, this gorgeous cottage has everything you will need for your next getaway. The living room features plenty of seating with a couch that has a brand new queen Tempur-pedic sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space! The dining room has seating for 5, at the island in the kitchen. The kitchen is filled with beautiful stainless steel appliances that are perfect for creating a delicious meal that everyone will remember! The master bedroom features a brand new king Tempur-pedic bed with private access to the balcony. The guest bedroom also has private access to the balcony and features a queen-sized bed with plenty of window views. The outside area features a grill with a seating area that makes the perfect spot for a cookout! There is also a picnic table and seating with an umbrella to make a shaded seating area for sunny days! The front of the cottage also features 2 swings that are perfect for relaxing after a long beach day!

All guests are welcome at the 3 Carillon swimming pools (2 seasonally heated), full-sized basketball courts, tennis courts, playground with playhouse, lawn game areas, and free concerts. Dine, shop, exercise (fitness, yoga, bike, paddle board rentals), and use the full-service salon and spa in “Downtown” Carillon.

**Guest will need to pre-register online and pay for parking passes BEFORE arrival. There is a two car limit per reservation.

We had an excellent 4 nights at this property in Carillon Beach. We enjoyed the front porch. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bedrooms had attached bathrooms and ample storage with the built-in drawers. The home worked great for our family of four. The property manager was quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

Its myself, my wife, and our 2 and 3 year old. This is 100% the most perfect spot at the gulf. The price, the neighborhood, the pools, parks, and since its gated the beach seems private. We hunted for lizards and frogs around the house, beach was full of crabs at night and er snagged some of those! Rent the golf cart! You are close enough to PCB hot spots that you can go sample that. You can be in Rosemary Beach in 5 minutes doing the 30A stuff. This place is wonderful.

We loved every second of our stay. The beds are comfortable, the showers strong and the cottage is stocked with everything you need. A favorite highlight is the huge front porch with 2 porch swings. Spent many early morning in that cozy spot. Also loved that it is just a few minutes from the beach. We walked every morning and felt safe in this beautiful neighborhood. Discovered something new each day. Weather was gorgeous too. We plan to visit this cottage again and again!

Perfect property for a little getaway. Nice and clean with a smooth check-in process. Property has the basics so bring what supplies you need. Markings on the electric stove have been cleaned away so can be challenging with temperature regulation. Would definitely stay agin!
