"La Terrasse de Clarabide" is a T2 cabin of 36m² + 7m² of garden level terrace - 4/6 people. Quality services; completely refurbished in spring 2019; with a private parking space and a private cellar.
The Residence Clarabide, of recent construction, is located in the village of Loudenvielle, 250m from the church and the town hall, 400m from Carrefour Montagne and all shops, near Balnea, Lake of Genos.
West facing apartment on the ground floor in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sunny all afternoon.
