Very bright house with 3 large bay windows that open onto a fully enclosed garden and set back from the street and in a quiet area. A sunny wooden terrace will allow you to take your family meals around a barbecue or to lounge on deckchairs or deckchairs.

Hébergement parfait

La maison est très calme, meublée et décorée avec du goût, et proche de la mer - on peut l’entendre ! Il ne manque rien pour un séjour en famille, nous en avons bien profité ! Merci !

Das Häuschen liegt an der Westküste. Der saubere und weitläufige Strand ist zu Fuß schnell und einfach zu erreichen, ob Buddeln oder Wellenreiten- wir sind alle auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung spiegelt das wunderschöne Inselflair. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass ausführlich gekocht werden kann. Im Garten ums Haus finden sich nicht nur Esstisch und Sonnenliegen sondern auch Fahrräder mit denen die schöne Insel erkundet werden kann oder man fährt damit morgens einfach zum Bäcker. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Wir können nur Gutes berichten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt hier!

Magnifique !!

Idéalement située, au calme, à quelques centaines de mètres de la magnifique plage de Chaucre, la maison est très bien agencée. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Très bien équipée, le manque de wifi n’est pas gênant, nous recommandons et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Für französische Verhältnisse fast luxuriöses Anwesen mit super Lage und sehr guter Ausstattung

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen - trotz gehobenem Preis - übertroffen. Es ist fußläufig und fast uneinsichtig am Ende einer Stichstraße, sehr nahe an einem der schönsten Strände der Ile d'Oléron gelegen. Sogar eine Boulangerie gibt es in dem Ort. Das Haus hat jegliche Ausstattung, die man sich vorstellen kann und wird vom Eigentümer extrem gut gepflegt. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber es ist auch sehr gut geeignet für zwei befreundete Familien mit jeweils einem Kind. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen großen, stabilen Sonnenschirm, den man gerade in heißen Tagen sehr zu schätzen weiß. Die Doppelbetten in den Schlafzimmer sind eher schmal, was für uns noch okay war, sollte man aber berücksichtigen. Die Fahrräder - naja, gut gemeint vom Eigentümer - stehen eben am Meer und unterliegen schon dem Meeresluftverschleiß. Wir hatten dann zwei für uns erwählen können, besser sind natürlich die Eigenen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen!

Très belle expérience pour cette location dans une jolie maison neuve, bien agencée et très bien équipée ! Emplacement à 5 mn de la plage de sable. L’endroit est très calme. Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles ! À refaire.

Excellent séjour à Oléron

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison idéalement située (au calme et à proximité immédiate de la plage) et décorée avec gout. Nous avons aussi apprécié la cuisine moderne et bien équipée. La maison de plain-pied convient bien à de jeunes enfants. C'était notre premier séjour sur l'île d'Oléron, nous reviendrons sûrement.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très confortable , très calme, on s y sent bien, comme chez soi

15 jours de rêve dans cette jolie maison où rien ne manque et où on se sent si bien. Confort et calme garantis! Ne manque que le wifi pour ceux qui ne peuvent s en passer même pendant leurs vacances!

Sehr schönes, neues und großzügiges Haus nah am Meer

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit zwei Kindern in Chaucre in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung des geräumigen Hauses ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, viele Details wie ausreichend Geschirr, um mehrere Tage ohne Spülen auszukommen und den Geschirrspüler auch sinnvoll nutzen zu können, der schön bepflanzte Garten oder vorhandene Mehrfachsteckdosen unterscheiden dieses Haus von vielen, bei denen man das Gefühl hatte, daß dort noch niemand ernsthaft gewohnt hat. Der Vermieter und auch die Agentur vor Ort haben jederzeit vorbildlich kommuniziert und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Dieses Haus ist also absolut weiterzuempfehlen!

Belle location pour adultes

Maison récente propre et bien agencée. Emplacement idéal à proximité de la plage. A déconseiller toutefois avec des enfants: manque d'équipement, décoration fragile en abondance et propriétaire pointilleux.

Très bon séjour, au top

Vacances détente en famille, Séjour vraiment super !!! La maison est très bien agencée, équipée, idéalement située; on s'y sent vraiment bien, elle nous permet de nous détendre et de profiter de la plage juste à côté; Un endroit ou on a envie de revenir.

Très beau séjour dans un logement au top

Pour ce nouveau séjour sur l'île nous avons découvert la côte Ouest. La maison est idéalement située près de la grande plage. Très bien équipée et décorée avec soin ce fut un plaisir de séjourner là.
