Conveniently located on prestigious 30-A away from the crowded beaches in Destin and Panama City. This condo features new 2 recently installed king-size beds and is absolutely perfect for couples. It also has an extended covered balcony with an outdoor couch, bouncy chair and rocking chair as well as a ceiling fan!! Designer decorated and full kitchen. You will have access to the oceanfront swimming pool and soon to be completed, a state of the art modern workout facility. Great restaurants, golfing, and many attractions are close by.

Everything was fabulous!

Our entire trip was wonderful! The condo was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was clean, had all we needed, and located close to elevator and beach! We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Great 30A condo

Richard and Lisa were great to work with and they prepared a lovely, clean and comfortable place for us to enjoy our much needed beach vacation. The balcony hammock was a big hit for afternoon naps! The updated kitchen is well stocked, but you won’t need to cook since there are so many great restaurants within a short walk or drive. We would choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Very nice

We loved the unit. It was newly renovated with newer appliances and was everything we expected. The only downsides were a miscommunication by the night guard about the parking pass situation and one elevator was not working. Other than those we had a great time.

Amazing Florida Trip

We had an amazing stay at the Seagrove Beach condo. The Zambacca’s condo was in pristine condition and the amenities were plentiful. The kitchen had everything needed to be comfortable cooking and the bedrooms and living room were relaxing. The view from the balcony was the number 1 attribute of the condo. Anything requested was promptly taken care of. We will definitely make this an annual family vacation. Thank you for everything.

Great Condo

This condo is individually owned, and the owners have thought of everything to make it a peaceful haven to restore, rebalance, and rejuvenate. First, we loved the easy check-in procedure of hitting a few numbers and walking into all the comforts of a very clean home with all the modern touches. Two comfortable king beds with designer type bedding, full kitchen with all the tools needed, two big showers, three large TV’s, an amazing balcony, and a beautiful beach just a few steps away, provided us with all we needed for a terrific stay. This condo was quiet, has lots of free parking, and is in close proximity to all the places we wanted to go! Thank you, Richard, for always being ready to answer my questions as we were preparing for our trip. Your great condo delivered a highly enjoyable stay for two couples who have been avoiding travel too long due to Covid!

Best views and easy access

Easy access to the beach with beautiful views from the condo balcony. Kitchen stocked with anything you would need. Owners are quick to answer and want to make sure your stay is the best it can be! Security staff are nice and quick to help with any questions also.

We live in Atlanta and often go to our piece of heaven. We have made sure it is just not a rental but a true home. Best towels and bedding. Everyone misses our beds when they return home. We have a large TV in all rooms for movie nights. I am a founding Angel for a large rescue called Angels Among Us. You will see original art of our dogs on the walls.

Why they chose this property

It has amazing ocean front views. You can cook and see the ocean. You wake up to the view and sounds of the sea. The balcony has great chairs and an extra covered room with a couch, rocking chair, and bouncy chair.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is in perfect shape and has all the comforts of home.
Due to One Seagrove Place policies, at least one of the renters needs to be at least 25 years old.
