We rent our house located in Epalinges, on the heights of Lausanne 10 minutes from the center, 15 minutes from Lake Geneva.
The house is located in a very pleasant and quiet residential area, at the end of a dead end near a vast forest well equipped for mountain biking and walking.
The bright villa includes:
- 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 (+1 with a 160 bed in the basement)
- 1 bathroom, 1 shower room
- 1 living room, dining room with open kitchen
- laundry room, gym
- Terrace, open garden with trampoline and swing
Availability from July 21 to August 6, 2018.
