Very nice 3-bedroom, 2-story, home located approximately 6 miles from EAA grounds. It is about a half block from Lake Butte Des Morts. The living space in the home is approximately 2500 square feet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and attached master bathroom located on first floor. The other two bedrooms are on second floor. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds. A full size bathroom is located upstairs. There are also 2 half-baths located on first floor and in finished basement. The home has a deck overlooking a large, park-like backyard. Property protected by exterior security cameras. This home could comfortably accommodate 3-6 guests.

AirVenture Stay

Had an awesome stay, close to AirVenture but also just such a relaxing place to stay after a long day walking around looking at planes. Beautiful backyard with deer to watch in the backyard. Hosts were also great and quick to respond to any questions! Near a lot of great restaurants as well!

EAA AirVenture dream come true

My wife, parents, brother and I stayed here for the 2023 AirVenture. It was the most delightful stay and a perfect place to unwind after a day’s aviation. The house was clean, comfortable and in the most beautiful quite setting. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for easy access to groceries/pharmacy and the run to/from AirVenture. I would recommend for your AirVenture holiday… but you might have to beat me to booking :-)
