Attractive 4-bed studio located in Saint-Mandrier sur Mer in the Pin Rolland district. Close to shops and the beach, ideal for walking.
In a small residence, 29 m² studio apartment with 7 m² balcony, on the 2nd floor with lift. Lovely, unobstructed views, pleasant, bright flat, ideal for holidays on foot.
Entrance hall with sleeping area.
Living room with kitchen area opening onto balcony.
Separate shower room and WC.
Free parking around the residence.

-160 cm sofa bed (living room)
-2 x 90 cm bunk beds (sleeping area)
-Children's chair
Bunk beds are for children over 6 only.

-Induction hob (3 burners), multifunction microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso and electric), kettle, toaster.
