ENTRY LEVEL has open floor plan:
Kitchen, eating area, living room with fireplace;
Master bedroom has king size bed and a private bath;
Half bath on this level has a full size washer and dryer;
Screened porch and deck.
LOWER LEVEL has
Family room;
Two bedrooms:
1 bedroom has queen size bed;
1 bedroom has trundle bunk plus 1 twin size bed.
There is also a full bath with an extra sink on this level
and a patio.
(Someone can sleep 'Harry Potter' style, under the stairs!)
Separate 'boathouse' at lake level.
Top of 'boathouse' is a deck for relaxing.
